a real masquerade..........
I've worn my masquerade so well
it carried me through years of hell
it hides the little boy inside
a barrier when my sister died
it never leaves me alone
for it's shadow i must own
there is no way you will ever see
the little boy i used to be
but grow you must and that i've done
and my vision a tainted one
leaving things in life undone
creates a shadow on your sun
i hope one day i will see
the hidden identity and the real me.......
