Thankyou for the read, I agree all this chatter and goulish watching every disaster is sickening at times, Also shows us these days with communcations as they are, just how many bad things do happen, Do you think all the chatter is a way of coping with so many things, for our hearts would break if we deeply felt for all??

Hard truth of today's focus on daily tragedy's, what should be respected..with composed compassion and empathy, has indeed become a circus of daily entertainment.. Thank You Agoodguy2have for highlighting in such a powerful way..the short comings of human nature today.
Hi, agoodguy2have, Society's potential decay is sensitively captured in your poem. How to lengthen our attention spans so that our outrage can be turned into corrective measures is the perpetual challenge of living. We see once grand cities that are now ancient ruins yet rarely connect the dots. Thank you for helping us focus.

We're all susceptible to this desensitized chatter, thanks for ably bringing it to our attention Goodguy... "living just doesn't sell", this is a great phrase!!!

True enough, nicely written and thought out.I don't ever get desensitised to oil soaked birds though.
Well put Goodguy, matters of day to day are focussed on tragedies and losses leaving the responsibility to the viewrs to find the beauty and upliftings of life.
