Almost 7 years ago I came to a new town after haven taken care of my mother who was Palliative lost her battle. I was alone,frightened,isolated,mostly on my part,I needed to take the time to re-find myself,not a easy task,but one that was well worth the fight. At the time of this writing I had been reflecting on a lost friendship. A person who called me his brother. I was surprised at how easily it was for him to renounce our "Brotherhood" after a single disagreement. I was mostly disappointed at how little value being his brother all that time was worth to him.
