The Fertile Soil of a Memory
This poem was specifically written to (and for) a beautiful Brazilian Woman whom I've been blessed to share a bit of correspondence. With her permission, I'm sharing this poem with the family and friends of poets corner. She asked me to write a poem using a 'Lily' as part of the poem, being as her name 'Liliane' is derived from a Latin word meaning Lily. This is what I came up with. Hope you all enjoyed it. Swade777

The 19th of October
