A Haiku reciipe
i wrote this as a child :)
Wintery weather occasionally stirs up sadness
Written in sympathy for the 50 who were mercilessly gunned down and for their friends, families and fellow New Zealanders who suffer these overwhelming losses. Such terrorist acts are an attack against all who hold peace and each other within loving hearts. May our communities find or construct avenues to reclaim civility and health.
The moral of the poem is excercise more

Helter-Skelter Tropical Storm Lost Shelter
Haikus are a challenge to say what you want in so few syllables.
Softly the rain falls coating the orchid in dew its buds glistening
circling nearer sun too high, too hot, too foolish embrace earth’s caress

This poem is about me - letting go and getting peace after a divorce - no anger no hatred no blackmail just contentment and peace within. Although my ex wants absolutely nothing to do us (me and the kids) - we embraced the situation and moving forward - wishing him good luck with his future.
