Just wishing for a little rain today...
This poem is under my © Copyright 1999-2010 by HMc . . I Wrote this piece after a Blizzard, While I watched how the attitudes of people became kinder, calmer, and more caring after a snow storm . . Your grumpy neighbor comes out, smiles, and he/she gladly helps you clear the snow from your driveway . . . yet on a sunny day he would be his/her grumpy neighbor self . . . An Amazing thing, Snow!. . I wonder if in a place where it snows quite frequently, if it has the same affect, as in places where it doesn't snow as often. ? . . . Be Blessed Always Everybody and thank you again for your reading my work.
Parody of the Beverly Hillbillies. I have a friend who is always talking about winning the lottery. In this country it has become a kind of religion. I mostly despise gambling, preying on the dumb and uneducated. It does give people hope and it surpasses all other forms of entertainment in this country combined.

Thinking of her...
My favorite rental so far this year is Ted. It's about a boy wishing for his Teddy bear to come to life, and it does. Ted comes running into John's room right after he hears some thunder, "Thunder buddies for life, right John. You're #@$% right. Oh, come on, let's sing the Thunder Song."

Ants are so cool.

Tiny drops, streaming down, So sad to see. Broken hearts, Broken dreams, Too bad for me. All I ever wanted was the best for you, But I was too wrong to be. I've caught hell, Caught up in those games, Caught up in my fear. I've laid it down
Sparkling, long, and flowing soft, and shimmering through a comb, A little hand ,with love, caressed each strand and knew a home. Her eyes alight with awe to see the splendour falling there in the magic that was moonbeams, that was grandma's silver
A thunderous silence breaks through my thoughts. What was once many great ideas is now a triumph, lost. Baffling words tumble through my mind. Reflections of darkness hover. A disturbing peacefulness beckons to me, and inside myself, I take
Well...when you think about this poem in a metaphorical sense...it's really quite profound!
I was born to love you With every single beat of my heart Yes, I was born to take care of you Every single day... I was born to love you With every single beat of my heart Yes, I was born to take care of you Every single day of my
These are the lyrics to one of my favorite songs. It's important to remember that even in faith we are constantly tested. The devil will never stop trying to get to us. You have to fight to remain good and pure in all that you do, all the time.
Takin' a chance...
When all that matters is no more and emotions lay bare on the floor when all that once was no longer is then life has surely lost its fizz but hope springs eternal, or so they say and maybe I'll find love again some day maybe not now, or even n

It happens when people just leave us and go, When sky turns to gray with cold rains, winds and snow. It happens when tears just cover our eyes And we feel that our hearts are becoming like ice. But any such period has and end and the reason
In loving memory of my maternal grandmother, a very special lady...
Silent is the sky Silent is the moon Silent is the ocean Silent shall I be soon. Whom will you whisper and whom will you say? 'Me ' will be a 'mummy' Only to turn into some clay. So my soul you save Which is there in the cave Of sins
Yes, the woman is similar to wine, And where wine, is important for the man there To know sense of proportion. Don't look for the reason Not it is guilty of wine if I am drunk-. Yes, in the woman as in the book, the wisdom is. The sense is
