~ Needed ~

~ Needed ~

None but the lonely could understand

Why man needs woman & woman needs man

To have their loving lifetime mate

Not just to have sex or just an ordinary date

Someone to care for them as they grow old

A woman needs to feel needed

She needs to be told

She needs someone to care for

she wants to be held

The man needs someone to count on

To support his many needs

A pretty face with a die for figure is nice

But a woman with a golden warm heart is better by

twice

It’s what makes his world go around and makes him

feel wanted and strong

A woman wants to be held to melt in his arms

To fall in love with his many manly hidden charms

A woman wants to dance life’s dreams with her

intimate companion and he wants to dance them with her too

~
~ Where is this woman, could it be you ~

Empty Arms

Empty Arms

Life's path can suddenly leave us with empty arms
after a lover’s departure

As time slowly passes our arms cry out to end their loneliness with new born love!

The need to fill this emptiness sometimes is a fruitlessness endeavor

We search and search ~ is it you ~
Tell me don’t you need me too

I need your feel within my arms
To know that I can fulfill our dreams

My dreams are simple ~ to know that
we will be there for each other

To know that when we look into each other’s eyes
that we see tender unselfish love

To feel the surrender of further search
Knowing that we have found each other

To know now that the clouds of life will fade
and that the Sun will come shinning through

To hold you in my loving arms
That they forever belong to you

Oh! You of want, of need I desire you ~
Are you searching too

Our House

OUR HOUSE

I'm painting the kitchen cupboards
And I've done the hallway too
But I can't decide on the trim
Misty green or powder blue
New tile on the bathroom floor
Matching shower curtain and all
But now maybe I'll just renovate
And put in a corner shower stall

When I'm done you'll really love...Our House

I don't know why I'm telling you this
You already see the finished plan
I just hope you are pleased with whatn you see
But I could use a helping hand
You can see all the mistakes I've made
And had to do it all again
But when you look down from the clouds above
You'll see a very lonely lonely man

Applying the finishing touches...to Our House

I know you're living in a bigger house
In a Mansion of Glory, up there
But with every nail I drive and each wall I paint
I'll do it with loving care

Because this is ....Our House

I bet the neighbors will all be glad
When I'm done..so they can sleep
But we talked about fixing this old place up
And it's a promise I'm gonna keep

God! I really miss you....in Our House

Oh, I almost forgot...say hi to Elvis for me!!

To the women here

For those of you here, only one that I seek
I write and write, but still no-one will speak
Not a message nor post, not even a critique
Truly it can’t be, because of my physique
I’m using my brain, yes that’s my technique
Hope they all know, that I’m just being sleek
Just because I’m here, does not make me a freak
If anything dear, I’m more like a geek
So one more time, it’s your interest I peek
If I had just one, the world can be less bleak
Give me a chance, let me kiss your cheek
For I want to know, if it makes you weak

I wear your smile..

I wear your smile
when my face is
a frown
I wear your smile
when my spirits
are down
I wear your smile
when my heart
is in pain
I wear your smile
til I wear mine
again~

Art

I run through
At
Times I feel the memory
A pace
Hearten beaten
Thumping

Flicks of time
relax me

Can dig that

Swinging to bird song beats
The call
yet disappear

to create
the beauty
that will come and go

grasping is a silent
dying art
Wanna paint

or
faint

Wanna write

and take fold what you create
be strong
spill the
forgotten
under done steak

Loneliness!

~ Loneliness ~
The universal world of wanting companionship & Love!

Feel the want and desire of belonging to someone and wanting them to want you in return

Hear the crying bells pealing in your wanting heart

See the Ghosts of the past fading in your eye

Nurturing a crying heart as time passes so quickly by

None but the lonely can understand what others cannot see

The heartache ~ The pain of loneliness for both you and me

Searching in vain as one grows old for that special companion ~ that special one!

One wonders, how can it be, aren’t you searching too

Why don’t you stop your lonely search ~ choose and care for me!

But don’t despair my darling, you must still believe in destiny

For somewhere in this wide, wide world there
must be someone special just for you & me!

Before time flies by, my lonely one, come fly away with me!

Address

"Where the earth begins, sea awaits land,
Where sea starts, earth gets kissed,
I live within earth, water, fire and wind,
Away in freedom from identities confused.
Aftab maintains no address,
Erudite Sweethearts are accustomed to erase,
It's hidden in the soul of moonbeams,
In green crops and playing desert fields,
In the bottom of oceans, in sips found on beaches,
In wishes of lovers, within sweetest tongue of mothers,
In expressions of love, amongst flowers romantic roses,
In amourus smiles and tears, amongst hateful racism scenes,
Indus son does not believe in ethnicity possessions,
Those who understand "Ishque" (1) know it well,
In entire Cosmos, Sweetheart is Aftab's address.

About this poem:
(Ref. 1. "Ishque" is a multidimensional phenomenon and the "passion of love" is, but only one among them. It is very difficult to define Ishque. In the West, love is often understood by various forms of infatuations. "Ishque" on the otherhand, represents the advanced stages of love, which may or may not involve infatuation and/or be beyond them. Ishque is love of all loves, infatuation of all infatuations, attachment of all passions and much more. It is felt only and has no criteria to be judged by other than perhaps the intensity levels of soul relationships. This intensity transforms lover and beloved, unites them into "One" single reality emotionally, physically, psychologically and spiritually. Ishque reflect the stage where pain brings pleasure and is felt no more. It mirrors the unity of souls, which is a very holy sentiment beyond materialism, where any act of love or infatuation, physical or psychological is nothing but only worship. It is an advanced stage without expactations, where one always wishes to give, never aspires receiving. Libertine mystics have often perceived infatuation as an elementary stage of love and love-making an act to cross the bridge between elementary infatuation and the advanced spiritual stages of higher love. Just as all writing is not mystical, every infatuation or act of love-making is not mystical or holy. It is felt only by a few blessed advanced souls with some mystical qualities themselves. Only advanced souls are able to attain these higher post-infatuation phases. The "Ishque" phenomenon hiterto remains complex to describe for its too many mystical complexities. It appears that no particular word in Western languages has yet expressed exactly what "Ishque" means. Briefly, it is much more than the love of all loves and beyond, not merely some acts of infatuation.)

~ The Hunger for Love ~

~ The Hunger for Love ~

I want your body and thirst for
your sensuous kisses

I hunger for the want of you

Give me your lips to sip upon
Hold my hands they are yours

Pull me to your breasts so I can get lost
in the lush bouquet of your cleavage of love

Let me nibble upon the tips of your ears,
as they are wonderfully delicious

Feel the touch of my tenderness upon your body

I am in love with your body

Caress your heart with my love

Your sparkling eyes outshine the glitter of the stars

Moon beams shines it’s light upon the tresses of your radiant beauty

Night time songbirds sing to you their song
of paradise

Kiss me my darling ever so lightly
Let there never be anyone in your heart but me ~

I want to hold you forever
Please make my dreams come true
Be mine forever

~ The Need for Affection ~

~ The Need for affection ~

Do you miss a significant other

Someone that you want, that really cares

Are you lonesome for their caressing

Do you want someone to hold you in their arms

Are you looking for someone who might dare

Give to you the intimate private attention that you desire

Wanting that needed someone special

Someone that needs affection, just like you

The need to talk or be listened too!

A real need for them to understand the real you

A person with so much to give ~

Someone to share life’s up’s & down’s

Don’t give up your search for the pot of gold

A person made especially for you ~

Your needs will be fulfilled
