Campaign Speech

Since I'm going to say anything to get elected
And I'm hoping you'll believe my lies
Here's a few other things I want you to swallow
Smoking three packs a day is good for you
Chimpanzees make good house pets
Gambling is a great investment and will get you rich
Eating donuts will make you lose weight
Dinosaurs were made extinct by cave men
Barack Obama is a great president
So was George
Hitler is in heaven
Drones are here to protect you
Cook you turkey for 350 minutes at 180 degrees
The Cubs will win the World Series next year
The Bears will win the Super Bowl too
Bigfoot lives twenty miles northeast of Seattle
The Loch Ness Monster isn't seen much because he's really shy
Aliens would reveal themselves, but they like playing head games
So when you go to the voting booth, vote for me
Not that other jerk!

About this poem:
Some of the lies are really pretty funny, if you look at it like a standup routine, and not the truth.

dark skies

Over the moor
Gray dark sky
Wind sweeped
Gale force winds

Blow
Pounding icey rain
Chills the bones
Pounding
One body and soul

Pounding rain cold to touch
Ground swollen wet
Blizard drenched moor
Cold and bleak
Dark skies roar

Thunder clouds sail over bleak moor
Noise belows
Sweeps across dark skies
Over moors deep

Where once dry and skies blue
A hint of cold
Now turns eiry cold
Bleak is the moor

Isolated desolite
Alone darkness
Desends

We Call Ourselves

We cause you deep sadness & we tear your world apart...
our name is the Faithless, whom dwell in your Heart.

We bring you to grief, & constrict you with lust...
we call ourselves Envy, as we gather like dust.

So when you feel angry or impacted with fear...
you can call us Temper, as we sing in your ear.

Why do you use? surely not because you choose,
because we are the sickness, that cause you to abuse.

But remember we are your friend, not enemy or beast...
we call ourselves Pain... we will bring you to Peace.

My Monster pt. 1

My chest is heavy & my heart is as cold as stone.
Resentment is ugly & plagues me to my bones.
It's so hard to relax, & i'll never feel safe,
It's hard to sleep, when conflicted with hate.
Consumed by the Darkness, thru day & thru nyght.
I'll pay you for my safety... or spare you your life.
She doesn't pay rent, but she lives thru my breath...
she is my Monster.... & i LOVE her to Death <3

Lover's Lament

I thought that love would forever last
But it ran through the cracks in my broken cup
The thirsty ground all sucked it up
Just left behind some dirty stains

I thought round rally my family would
When despair knocked on my front door
But one by one and two by two
The thin air claimed each and every one

I thought the things of a lifetime of getting
Hard earned luxuries both big and small
They'd be to enjoy near journey's end
Not plucked away by greedy grasping hands

I thought that trust over the years was built
That each would believe the other
How naive to believe this is true
In minutes the world can tumble

I thought that life would never change
And yet I stand amongst the scattered ruins
So many things are lost and gone
And the saddest loss of all is you

a Place I Call Home

There is a place in the Light, where i have never been.
I'm from a different place, where Darkness has no end.
A place i sometimes wish didn't exist, where they breed only the worse.
still, it's home to my loved ones, whose bloodline forever cursed.
See, i no longer reside there, only the strong have escaped.
But the strongest ones return, to keep their vow & accept their fate.
I must show the Lost what i have seen, we all deserve to see the light.
I no longer fear any pain, or death, for my loved ones, i'd give my life.
God's Angels are amungst my allies, & hunting demons, they are my prey.
Yes, i am a Demon Snake myself, but that's all going to change one day.
Analytical, my brain sees the bad sides, my heart only sees the better.
my ultimate offense and defense, because now they work together.
Still, there is a place i call Home, where i plan to finish what i start.
a place i can never truely escape, because this is a place in my heart.

the Embodiment of Art

I was born as a boy, but i will not die a man.
So ending in failure, has never been my plan.
Yet each day that passes, i feel like i should give in.
they label me a monster, born only from mom's hatred & sin.
If i must forsake my body, my heart & my mind.
As i continue to search for the REAL me, that i'll find.
I age backwards, from the very end... to my start...
i'm not human like the rest of you...
... i am the Embodiment of True Art.

My Medicine

I've broken all my mirrors, i hate the person i see.
Family aren't the only ones, who miss who i used to be.
the shell of a lonely creature, locked behind traps & walls.
I'm screaming out for help, but no one ever hears me call.
This is no life for me, I'm giving up on hiding.
You want to get to know the REAL me? he lives through my writings.
There may no be a purpose for this, these words may all be in vain.
But your love is the only medication, that can cure me of this pain.

torn 2..........

he seeks his answers elsewhere
a border crossing into brazil
where the rainforest has been murdered
to farm meat that they can kill
many hours many miles
to understand the plight
all he see's is hooves and dust
it's not a welcoming sight
he stays with a family
to see the life they live
an uneducated cattle baron
and his instincts that would give
food for his family
forever and a day
methane over oxygen
there is no other way
he's shared the ways of cattle
he's tasted his own knifes blood
he's asked the questions to understand
how deep is this mud
he seeks reasoning
from the baron
and realises what he already knew
survival instincts pave the way
what else was there to do.........

sad way of life

life inspires me gloomy solo
long lost saxo...
life inspires me parrot fashion
comic opera passion...
mother Iam not your king
brother Iam hidden thing...
broken desire of birds
sterile beauty of birth...
life inspires me tailor-made souls
I don't respect rythm and rules...
