Try as she might, she could not get him out of her head.
He was still there, rummaging through her thoughts
Rearranging her messy heart,
His breath planting wild violets underneath her skin
Laying claim to her soul
She wonders if he has any idea of his effect on her
And if so
Why...how.... Is he not here?

She's a hopeless romantic
But not the kind you think of
She's beauty and chaos
Tangled in confusion and love
She'll risk shattering heartbreak
As her heart's true desires unfold
She's devastatingly hopeful
Despairingly vulnerable
Down to her soul
She would rather die from breathless moments
Than live a lifetime
Of ordinary breathing
She just needs somebody
To move her...
So she knows she's alive.

She has a paper heart
and when she dreams
you know she looks
for the kind of love you
only see in books

He was just a lad
Breaking clear of his teen
His nerves were overcoming
His desire to be seen
They gave him a second chance
For his first was just not right
Jagged were his words
As he held himself tight
They asked more from him
For they saw something bright
So he took a deep breath
And let go of his fright
He opened up his heart
And let the words pour on out
Delivered a performance
That made the audience stand and shout
There were cheers and there were tears
Amongst the hearty crowd
But the joy was in the lad
As he stood overwhelmingly proud..........

I open my eyes,to what could be,an open heart thats for me, with this heart its tender and free,for i will give all of me,i waited to see if this is true, for all i want is just you, you look and stare and gave me the glare, now i know that you are there.

I got some music CD's today from a coworker at work
He had been promising me this music for about five years
I was very surprised when he gave it to me
I went through the music to find what to keep
All the while smelling cigarettes
The one case was made out of leather
Leather must really hold smoke smell well
Because this thing had not seen any smoke for over five years
Yet it smelled of cigarettes like it had been yesterday
I took what I wanted and donated that smelly case to Goodwill
Maybe a smoker will find it's smell dreamy

I wake
And rise to face another day
The mornings cold
And the sky is grey

Sipping my coffee
And looking at bills
Check my emails
And scammers again

Romance rejections
And I write some
Poems again
Songs of longing

I can retreat into
The vistas of my mind
Where time stands still
And anything could be real

Blurring my perception
Between here and there
As we play the game
That we all have to partake

Of Life
Of love
Of loneliness
Of oneness

So begins another day...

I love you for real and I just want to make this work and I want to pleasure please care give and as well make you feel wanted loved and cared for and for all the right reasons. When I'm awake I dream about you and I being together I dream about holding hands going for a walk being barefoot on a beach looking at the stars in the sky and the sunset. I dream about looking at you in the eyes telling you how beautiful you are and what you mean to me.You are now my world you are my life you are something and some special that love can never take away you're the key to my heart which is a door that has been locked only you can unlock it with pure true love and be there for one another forever more true. The love I give and pass through to you the love that I offer to you is pure real and true the love that I have will be the love that we both never have experienced or felt by no other the love I feel for you the true beauty I see in you is all from within you're heart to mine and always be there for you no matter how sad and blue I forever really do love you the words I wrote are meant just for you. As I ponder over a cuppa
How another day passes by
In my small small world
I carry a very big sigh
I glance upon the fridge
Standing nearby
The places my wife has seen
And the magnets she did buy
A castle in Germany
The Eiffel Tower standing tall
Alaska and there moose
And some beautiful waterfall
The SanFrancisco bridge
And it's city abound
Yosemite National Park
And all its natural ground
Hawaii Samoa Greece
And even Hong Kong
Canada London
The list goes on
All captured on my fridge
Just nearby
From my small small world
With its very big sigh ...........

Go ahead and try to love me,
I've sealed all my windows and doors,
If you're truly searching you might find me,
Splattered across your walls and floors,

I'm hiding deep inside myself,
Searching for some place to bleed thru,
Can't think of any other way,
Is it too late to get thru to you?
