To Those That Love Him! Part-One

1. First of all Nicolas Cage married a 27-year old young woman
& he's 59-years old. [This Is A Good Thing!]

2. There is a place in the Middle-East people are still having children
up until they're 100-years old.
There is a place in the Middle-East where they call 100-year old men and women "YOUNGSTERS."
A man from the Middle-East had talked to me a few years ago
about marriage between men and women:

3. This is what he had said me: "The United States all those men have a one track mind when it comes to old women bearing children."
"My town in the Middle-East we men have 66-tracks of minds and the great command was to: God said be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it." Genesis 1:27-28."

4. He added, "What men have done all over the world is put an age
on women making-up fiction stories where a women becomes almost 100-years old, they're told they shouldn't try to have anymore children."

5. "Sarah in the bible had a child at 90-years old Genesis 17:16."
He said "God had never put an age on women having children,
men on earth have done that, and it's no where in scripture that tells women
to stop bearing children."
He further said, "That command in Genesis 1:27-28 it as good as gold to him
bringing little ones into the world."
"Man teaches a lot of his family to hold -- To Get -- And 2 own fear just like men
he would hold and get and own gold."
We men in the Middle-East we have the same principle of morals but instead of teaching our families FEAR, we teach them to have FAITH, in God."

6. "Genesis 12:2-3 and in thee shall all the families of the earth be blessed!
Israel had softened the heart of God to give to all the families of this earth."
Those nations that had attacked Israel what you've, you've used the monies God had given to U and had attacked Israel and you had bit the hand that feeds you!!!!
God should had never chosen this earth to put his people Israel to live and move and have their being on this planet, my opinion: He should had chosen another planet far out of reach from the hand of this destructive troublesome man! Job 14:1

7. When Israeli-Alien Spaced ships comes and destroy half your Military Strength
those of you that had attacked Israel, when that times comes
I will have no-pity on any of you, just Noah never had no-pity on those people
before the world wide flood had come!
When God himself gets tired of being Mocked from those cold-hearted people
on planet earth, when he gives the order, the most lethal Israeli-Alien Spaceships will come as God's hand of extreme hot waxing wrath!
None of you on this planet earth have never seen the lethal strength
of this Israeli-Alien Space Ships, in past accounts different foreign-governments
have shot down Israeli-Alien Space Ships out of your sky above.
These Israeli-Alien Space Ships you can shoot your most lethal
weaponry at these spaceships and after all the smoke has cleared,
those space ships will be still be standing in the their same spot in the sky
un-harmed. Galatians 6:7
The fear of the Lord is hatred of evil -- Proverbs 8:13

8. Psalms 109:5 "And They Have Rewarded Me Evil For Good, And Hatred For My Love."
Those nations that had attacked Israel this is what you've done
and when God gets tired of being mocked he will blast you off his earth
just like he did in the time of Noah!
Just like Noah I to will turn a deaf ear and a blind eye to all the un-believing evil crowd of different nations of men.
Evil has no-power in the eyes of God none of U men cannot stop earthquakes and all the other destructive elements that hit the earth at different times!
None of You!

9. To those men all over the world that refuse to repent of your grave gross wickedness this is the your heritage from the Lord -- The Whole Chaper-20 of Job!

Injuries while carving pumpkins

2012- cut my finger using a straight knife to try and carve a pumpkin
on Halloween night because I didn't have my saws with me
2018- injured my foot by banging it into a chair after a phone call from my nephew
who wanted his son to have a football team logo, they got Homer instead
that injury lasted for two months and caused me to have foot nip at a
Packers football game because I couldn't wear boots
2023- cut my finger after a phone call from my nephew in jail wanting me to
send him money, I didn't answer it, but it upset me and distracted me long
enough to cut my finger carving Tiffany, from the movie Bride of Chucky

Poetry Corner Challenge.

Hi all,

Poetry traffic has been very slow on "The Corner" for a while, so I'm laying down a challenge for all poets to write something, anything, even if it doesn't rhyme.
(The treacherous subject
is "Love".)
So get those pens out and share your thoughts.
All poets welcome !!

Good Luck....
Mick.

WAR

"Oh! Plenty wars, to seek, with eager men to die,
As many weaken hearts, to spread by peace, a lie,
With filled minds of wrath and empty mouths of blood,
With wicked whispers near, as far as weapons flood
The same old wrecked world where tyrants rule and thrive
The everlasting crowd – and o, alas! At last!! Who feels alive?!
The dim over the candle, which spread the lofty dreams
Among those shadows – lost – in such a sprout of beams,
The ripple softly falling, of golden cup’s beheading,
When fiercy swords are drawn, for jewels fall when shedding?..
Or maybe broken bones, for masters, and cruel laws for tyrants,
As well as lots of aces rise to crush such heap of ants,
- If not – why not?! – more stones, to build the shrines for giants
Which never seems to end the poison among plants?!..
Oh, no! Oh, no! Oh, no! There’s no one, left alive,
To tell the story further for ears that strive to listen
Such nonsense of a mirror from which the whispers glisten
Around the edges, death – this blade who guards the hive;
There’s nothing else to raise, for heads that lies beneath
A truth that’s long forgotten, replaced by some gods
Which often show at wars, to spill more blood – such odds! –
Where wrath had sunk already, like ivy changes heath;
Without a fear of dying, there’s one, among the ravens
That lurks around these realms, to mourn, to weep, to yell:
From death, to life, the bard’s awoken spirit, - look!!
Where silence seems to cure, had nothing else to tell!.."

LOVE THAT NEVER WAS

HOW CAN I BE YOUR FRIEND
AS WE SIT OVER A DRINK
YOU TELL ME OF A NEW LOVE YOU HAVE
SHE HAS TAKEN OVER YOUR MIND YOUR HEART

HOW CAN I BE YOUR FRIEND
CANT YOU SEE THE PAIN IN MY EYES
CANT YOU FEEL MY SADNESS
HAVE WE NOT SHARED SO MUCH

HOW CAN I BE YOUR FRIEND
ONCE I WANT TO SIT ALL NIGHT
HANG ON YOUR EVERY WORD
HOW I NOW WANT TO RUN AWAY

HOW CAN I BE YOUR FRIEND
AS WE HUG EACH OTHER GOOD NIGHT
A PART OF ME DIES
MY FRIEND MY DARLING
YOU ARE MY MIND MY HEART

HOW CAN I BE YOUR FRIEND

I LOVE YOU ...

Where is your love , God?

There is nothing more in my soul.
Only grief and sadness.
And a little bit of warmth.
I'm silent.
Am I already dead?
My pain is terrible.
Blood flows everywhere

God! tell me it is just
A bad dream!
The world has gone blind.
The world has gone deaf
The earth is burning.
Where is Your love now?
At least try to leave
Them a memory of the place,
Where their children's bright dreams
Could be saved.
And a bar mitzvah
On the last night before the war.
I'm silent. I concentrate on the pain.
Please tell me it"s just a bad dream

In Awe

I am in awe of and feel blessed by the nature that surrounds me here...on retreat with no ticking clock, no timetable
Tucked nicely away from the hustle and bustle watching the trees gently sway whilst listening to their leaves rustle
The melodic sound of birdsong fills the air and their delightful acrobatic display seduces me
Refreshing rain falls and that awakens my very presence as my senses are stimulated and pleasant thoughts are provoked
I feel insignificant yet protected in the woods around the tall strong trees and their foliage so dense
Each year, every season come rain or shine, during both good times or sad I am drawn to return and just be....
I choose to be fully present here...soaking in the atmosphere of each unique minute, hour, day....i sit, i walk, i lay in sweet surrender feeling weightlessly at peace
Nestled amongst the array of spectacular colours, the scent of sweet perfume the diversity of the clouds in the sky, the sun, the stars the moon
The sound of silence envelops me ,the stillness calms my mind
The gentle breeze whispering in my ears. caressing my skin reminding me it’s real as it feels so surreal
I am here it is not just a dream....it is a free gift and one i shall always treasure
Just as the stream fluctuates, the trees bend are flexible ...i surrender ...i choose to go with the flow
I rest in complete awe of this seemingly mystical splendour as it gently blesses me, restoring my mind body and soul
And I mindfully give thanks to our creator, as i go.

Solutions to the Migrant Problem

Here are some solutions to the migrant problem are easy you see
Just make the place they left from where they want to be
Make it a place of good wages and violence free
A place where everyone lives in glee
Make the weather nice and the governments nice too
Everyone helping each other making some great stew
You bring the onions, I'll bring the beef
And we'll have a great feast with green grass beneath
So the people will live in warmth where they don't have to freeze
And the health of them is good so they don't have to sneeze
So the problem is easy, don't cha know
Just make Mexico and the rest where they want to go

THE MUSE: EDELWEISS – Poetic Pillars – Monads: Rhythms - XI - Dunes

THE MUSE: EDELWEISS – Vol. I
*** Part IV: Poetic Pillars – Monads: Rhythms***
[ XI ]
*** Dunes ***

“Foot steps
On sand;
Marks reign
Where winds
Blow dust
To fill
Such waste
In stirs
Of flute; -

*** Root ***

Sun sets
A path
From east,
To south,
White hawks
Hunt close,
Weird flights
Soar hopes
For peace; -

*** Root ***

Deep eyes
Sink in, -
Dunes weave,
Like grains
Bend gems
On rays, -
Swift, sharp,
Chimes call
Raw winds; -

*** Root ***

Can you
Feel thirst? –
Who could
Give price
To life. -
If not
Same soul
Who knows
To heal?..”

THE MUSE: EDELWEISS – Poetic Pillars – Monads: Rhythms - X - The Edge

THE MUSE: EDELWEISS – Vol. I
*** Part IV: Poetic Pillars – Monads: Rhythms***
[ X ]
*** The Edge ***

“Just hold
This stone;
Whole earth
Could fit,
To bind
Thy mind,
But more,
Sky has
No limit; -

*** Root ***

Dull edge
Gives shape
To change, -
These rocks
Felt rains
And storms;
Each crack
Bares signs
Of Time; -

*** Root ***

Sharp edge
Makes sense
Of what
You hold, -
Deep sea,
High peak,
Waves, weaves,
Of same
Known core; -

*** Root ***

Thy self
Still search
New ways
To rise,
For bright
Must be
That soul
Who knows
Each edge.”
