Short days
Darkness surrounds
One sits alone hearing the echos the load noises the cars going bye from the world outside
One sits and dwells you are alone no one cares
No one knocks - are you ok
No rings your door to see if your ok
No one no one no one
Your once best friends your
Family
You once had a life
Now you sit and weep
No one cares your alone
You sit in the dark you hide
No one cares your alone

This is a poem to remind us that with age we become lost from friends are families that once we where always with and as time goes by we lose touch with them

Deny, they said to me...
Deny, I said the freedom to the free...
Are we always free... just to be?
Remove the shackles from my arms.
Remove the stigma from your charms.
Deny what you've done...
Deny what you are...
Deny the reflection in the mirror.
Betray your friend and betray a part of yourself.
Deny that you cant be me...
Deny that you are free.
When you deny that part of me..
Then you deny the freedom of the free.
Have you been there?
Through the suffering and the pain?
Have you stood your ground ?
Oh for the love of the free.
Could you take the blows...
Just for me... all for the love of the free
Just to be me?
Can you walk my path? can you sing my song?
Will you show me all the wrong?
Because I stood my ground.
Still they put me down.
But all the words of slander and hate...
Still wait for all...
In destiny lies fate.
Still we deny who we are.
And the reflection in the mirror.

About this poem:
I wrote this poem when I 'd felt betrayed by people that I 'd felt stigmatized me when they didn't really know me or understand me. I think poetry at times is a release of sorts.

Are you a vouyer to my past
To read my words
From my lifes journey
On my journey of life's toil
To find my hidden sole
my life
You read with such glee
To find that hint of me
My past my present
My future not told
I create these words from my heart
My words for
I can see
who i am but sometimes life hides this from me to the future life is hidden from me
On my ever ending posted life of me

Fish is what I eat now on Fridays
I went to the bowling alley and ate some fish, waffle fries, coleslaw and
Macaroni and cheese
I have eaten out at various fast food places since I could drive
Taco John's being my first from 1986 to around 1990
Then it was Burger King
I have since broadened my choices to include McDonald's
Hardee's(which I worked at from 1988-1993)
Sonic, KFC(formerly known as Kentucky Fried Chicken before 1991)
Dunkin Donuts, Subway, and China Buffet
The healthiest has to be China Buffet
I don't really rank any of them as good paying as I made 3.35 to 4.65
At Hardee's
I guess it's kind of like playing video games
I know it's bad for me, but it makes me feel good

An eye for an eye,
Now the whole world's blind,
An ear for an ear,
Now no-one can hear,
Do unto others as they to do you,
Oh how the worlds full of blind deaf fools...

The contract between you and God
You saw in the smoke of fire.
You went through depths of hell.
A slave of the body desires,
But a master of your heart,
You always had a lot to tell...
Although
There were crowds around,
You was alone.
You was too strong
To show
What happened in your soul.
Your deep emotions
Were read in every line
You wrote ..
And that was so fine
To read , to hear, to absorb
But life goes on
Blessed be your way .
And may the love and joy
Light up your every day

Something True
Jonathon Elias Crace
Im sad to that say now youll never know,
of how my love feels or how it even shows.
Im leaving you with something personal, i had to make that clear.
Im giving you my beating heart, wait, would you truly shed a tear?
I only left it with you to comfort you, so you could always and forever know..
Youll forever be my always, with my heart, youve forever stolen the show .

Promise Me That You'll Promise.
By; Jonathon Elias Crace
Can you promise me that you'll love me babe,
promise me that you'll care,
promise me that you'll hold me love,
and please just promise that you'll be there,
Can you atleast promise me that you wont lie,
and promise me that you'll stay,
just promise me that you'll hold my hand,
until our dying day.
I cannot promise that I'll love you long,
I cannot even promise that I care,
I cannot promise that I'll hold you love,
and I cannot promise that to be right there,
I cannot promise that I won't even lie,
I cannot promise that I'll stay,
im sorry, I cannot even promise to hold your hand,
until our dying day,
Im sorry to have to tell you that
I cannot promise you any of this,
I will not promise, I'll swear!!!

Wishes 4 Her
Jonathon Elias Crace
If she just ask me what I would wish to be,
I'd say her heart so she could see,
who was right and who was wrong,
about who truly remembered our very first song.
through every single word and through every little note,
To always be the one whom would love her most.
I would never leave her and I will always stay,
To have the chance to make her day.
Never to suspect her and to never ever lie,
She's the one I pray I'll be with, until I die...
