There's the expression "pushing up daisies" here, meaning the flowers in the grass are fertilised by the body decaying underneath. I didn't realise daisies/chrysanthemums were symbolic of death in other ways.
I didn't say I wanted to come back as an acrid, or deadly fart. Just a loud one. I'm not genocidal, simply mischievous.

Yes i believe we come back a few times to learn what our souls need to learn before we get to heaven, i believe children that die young are sent to help a few souls learn, like a mom and dad maybe need to learn sorrow and need to connect with eachother more? Maybe its to give people someone to love and change the way they see others, and then they dont need to stay here anymore so the go home, like it was said earlier, an old soul almost ready to stay with God or become an angel.
That just makes sense to me. My sister was an old soul, she touched so many lives before she left and she did not need to stay here to long, she went home, i lost a child, was 5 months preg and i lost her, she was sent to teach me how precious a child is and i am a nurse, after that i understood loss and was able to connect with people who needed help more:-) her life was not a waste it was a lesson in love and life for me:-) Hugs
His parents spilt up and some how Lama Osel ended up in a Catholic College in Canada, then he disrobed. Lama Osel is the reincarnate of Lama Yeshe, Lama Yeshe in his previous life was an (Abbott) Abbottress on that occasion he had a female rebirth. I have exstensively studied Lama Yeshe teachings. Lama Osel has not denounced Dharma that's rubbish, he is currently fooling with music and making films. What the lunatic catholic (who celibate reincarnation this week) have instilled in his head i have know idea, but i have visited the lunatic college website and read the sort of views the college promote.
You can take any view you like, ignorance is bliss, if you study the Lam Rim you would be better able to understand
Disrobed and leaving the monastery it means to me,being an ignorant in bliss,as you called it,and fooling with music and making films, that he doesn't wont to be a Lama anymore and if believes in Dharma or not is immaterial.

no not really we all have free choice, he is able any one is to study or relate to Dharma which could be Christian, Muslim, Hindu Buddhist or whatever. Dharma is the teachings in case of Tibetan Buddhism Buddha Dharma.
he is a kid finding his way in life, his photo (x2) sits on my alter
As a lay person you can call yourself a Buddhist, i do, but actually my nature is moving energy, I am a Buddhist is a sort of nonsense...
what happens to his Dharma is dependent on his outlook, motivation, if we build on positive energy then more and more we experience positive outcomes. The Dalai Lama continues to take teachings from his teachers, some of whom had taught him in his last carnation.

There is a lot to learn from the teachings, you can find centre with qualified teachers in the UK. Myself i studied in Chenrezig Institute in Queensland, my main teachers were Geshe Thinly, Geshe Dawa, Geshe Ngawang Dhargyey, Lama Thubten Zopa Rinpoche, Geshe Sopa, Dalai Lama and others also I have read lots of teachings given by Lama Yeshe. Information relating to that school can be found by googling "FPMT"
The school of thought is two part Sutra and Tantra, first requirement is study the Lam Rim

I have memories, but I don't remember if they are of my present life or of past lives.
Or just my imagination. Too much drugs.
