Dawn French Billy Connolly(went and saw him live whilst in NZ) Mel Smith and Gryff Rhys Jones(who can forget "Alias Smith and Jones") Ronnie Corbett and Ronnie Barker("The Two Ronnies") Dave Allen John Cleese
I prefer British comedy, but there are exceptions: Steve Martin(most of his movies - particularly liked him in "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels") Ben Stiller(good in "Meet The Parents") Will Farrell Bill Murray

Yeah he seemed very intelligent. Love him in Arthur though! Much as I like Russell Brand, he couldn't beat Dudley Moore as Arthur.

Were Ronald Reagan and Lyndon Johnson funny? Maybe Ronald Reagan as he was an actor. All I can think of him saying is "Nancy and I!" in his unique slow raspy voice. He got alzheimers didn't he? Poor man.

Love all them. Watched Eddie Murphy last night in Coming to America but Beverly Hills Cop is his best movie. Haven't seen him do stand up, must youtube him. Oooh that sounds rude! lol
