but I don't see that objective from distance as compatibility in personality matters and we can't all like someone only by their look.

However, I reckon they're even older than me, have no teeth at all, and are incontinent mad cat ladies.

MORE IMPORTANTLY, I think, is WHY should we care? Am I supposed to live my life, in order to satisfy somebody else's idea of WHO "I" am?

Mercedes_00: Some do go out of their way to really care what people think so they will post all nice all the time..But it's well known that some leave their snaky side behind the scenes because apparently it's all about a fan base..That cracked me up
But what of those few of us who NEVER post to "please"? But only say what we believe, regardless of how others take/accept it. Are WE thought of, as "Snaky", TOO? 
And what's the big deal, with/about "popularity", on this site? Or in REAL life? I'd rather be able to respect myself, than be popular! To be trusted to give MY HONEST opinion, on a topic, than be liked because I tell people what they WISH/LIKE/WANT to hear!

Let_Us I agree with your comment in regards to popularity.Never game a care about being popularity and worrying about how someone chooses to define me on media sites or in real life for that matter.I've heard people say they are afraid to say what's on their minds as not to defend someone.Oh hog wash they should just come out with what they have to say and be done with it all.Why beat around the bush.
