On one side I could understand if she wants to leave the Island after living there for many years. Guess she couldn't find the right man on the Island then. I wouldn't have a problem living on an Island as long as there are enough children to teach how to play chess in an area of 25 square kilometers. Don't want to change my job.
It will suit some people, and won't suit others, like everything in life. It would be easier for an outsider to adapt if they were able to get a job easily and they were used to living in a small community. Finding somebody locally who is already already settled there is probably the better option if you are not willing to move.
Doesn't really matter who moved if it's the real deal, online relationships are not for me though and long distance even more so Admire anyone that can
