I've just met someone here, he cames across more than 4,500 miles to meet me , then I m going to travel to meet him soon 
I would definitely go to meet someone. As cynical as I can be...deep down I still believe there is someone out there somewhere for me. Hopefully we will get the chance to find each other. Most times I get very discouraged, but I have to cling to that deep down feeling.

My sentiments exactly. I have to go with how I feel especially when I need to feel comfortable about the situation.
I've been told by friends that if a man who's a distance away from me wants to meet up, he should come here but still meet on neutral grounds (not where I live but someplace public). That way if something happens, I can bail and he has no idea still where I live.
So far I haven't met someone from CS, but from other websites.
