I am sure the same american companies are perfectly able to search for oil in Cuban waters and else where and there is still a lot gain for americna companies that way and do not worry a bout these oil gigants because they sure are going to have money enough any way.
It does not matter what industry we are talking a bout Moonmana... if the industry is not making sure ecological catastrofies are happening less by using much more money on safty as american companies HAVE TO DO when they search oil in Europe or even in the middle east due to the govermental regulations... then let them loose some moeny until they learn how to behave. Here in Greenland for example they have lately found oil for example and american companies are invited to search and drill but still there have been made several security measures and insurences the same oil companies are never going to accept or guarantee if they drill in american waters any way because of the lousy right winged agenda of BS running the industry over there and oilmen all over the GOP!
In America the lousy stupid majority of Repube heads in House will not allow more regulations and he knows this already and then doing this fabulous attempt due to less catasrophies in feauter... pretty smooth Mr. President!

Banks are not listening to the presidnet and lending more money to people when they know they have to be sure people are able to pay back for example and buiding more is not wise at all since millions of homes are not possible to seel no more here and now.
