And write up a contingency and joint operation paper. The US will contribute another 30,000....a another surge. NATO can contribute 30,000. That would be a total 120,000 foreign troops in Waristan and the Tribal area of Pakistan. Add in the 150,000 troops and border security that Pakistan has there. We got 270,000 troops.....against the estimated 30,000 to 50,000 Taliban and alQeada. We have modest geographic area to cover...only about 1/2 the size of Afghanistan. We got them outnumbered big time. With our real time imagery shared, thy will not be able to move with out the four groups knowing about it.
With a force deployment like this.....this conflict is history.
Now on the big geo political level. Watch how this plays out. Russia....wants START ratified. With Russian troops in the Pakistan, the REP and Tea Party in the Senate have less reason to block START. Russia can gets START this way. So does Obama. He get his major international agreement for his legacy.
And in China? The Currency thingee. China want the freedom to value her currency anyplace that it wants to. For the military deployment to a region of Pakistan, the Obama Administration will not say a word about currency till the 2014 withdrawl. NATO countries will likely do the same.
We divide these areas of Pakistan up into 4 area of foreign force control. Like was done in Kosovo. Russia had a sector in Kosovo. We worked with them there. China borders on Pakistan. Since Russia is willing to 'participate'....China will come onboard. They do not want Russia their northern Sino-Russia partner to get a strong foot hold further into Central Asia. If China opts out....then we add another 10,000 from the each of the others.....and divide the region in to three.
So we can pressure China in to participating. Or can do it without them....

In each of the units are real men and women...that have families....that want only to serve their country....and will do exactly what their leaders order them to do and to go.
It is a real tough emotional thing for leader to pick the men and women from their armed forces that they will send into harm way. Not that they know them often on a first name bases.....but they are their troop and their countries military. But they seldom have any idea of whom will return safely.
Ordering a deployment is not easy.
President Obama just set himself up to order deployments for another 4 years to 2015 in Afghanistan. At least thru his first term. I can respect that. But you know what....you should respect GWB for being able to do it in Iraq as well......whether the war there was right or wrong.
The demonstration here....was to show those in CS....how fast a a realistic military deployment order can be decided and ordered. Also how simply 'cold heart it can be' and how the 'luck of the draw' to which mil units are placed into harms way.
The missions have not been defined....but this is a very realistic deployment list of forces from Russia and China to the western sides of Pakistan....In reality....it might take several days. But the several of the units, I selected were rapid deployment forces....they are ready go in 24 hours.

Sigfried Heckler on his return to the US....said...it was 'stunning'.
The North Koreans said the material is for a new reactor that they hope to have up and gieger clicking away soon. Ain't they sweet. Knock one down and put one up.
The South Korean take on this....'is to force the Obama administration back to the negotiation table with NKorea'. This said by Yank Moon-jin professor at University of North Korean Studies in Soul.

But back to GM. GM stock on the first day of trade bumped. The next day it fell. With the Volt to hit the show room soon, we will have the first test of the Obama turn around of GM. Because if the stock tanks from its $34 per share...so did the IPO and turn around. By the way....the financially anaylist are saying that for GM to repay it bailout funds....it needs to sell at $55 per share. So anyone for saying the 15,000 Volt in sales is going to push the GM stock up $22?

Is about to send its near all electric (the Volt) to the dealers and to the marketplace. If these is one thing that Americans know how to do ...it is anaylsis if a car is going to be a success in the market. We have more than one failure of recent....less I say Hummer at this point.

The first take on GM's Volt.....is not promising. The projected sales for both the Nissan all EV Leaf and GM's Volt is 30000 unit in the US. Can someone say...Ouch. That a very small fraction of the marketplace. If you divide the market between them....that 15,000 units each.
I will not return to the issue of GM former CEO Wagoner that the Obama administration placed under its all electric bus....to much....but Wagnor said in sworn Congressional testimony that his Volt was going to sell for $26,000 and they would sell 25,000 unit the first year.
The principle reason that the Obama model Volt is projecting sales of 15,000 unit? High price. The Obama Model Volt is going to sell at near $45,000. Rats, funny things happen when you move to a socialist managed government.

I bet they did not think of it in NATO at the Lisbon meeting. So we need to join forces and make a joint proposal to the parties.
So why don't we make a bi party proposal? Me from the conservative Americans and you from liberal Europeans. I will research out the 4 needed division that Russian and China need to contribute. Mountain trained Divisions....am sure both have them. But that is about 24,000 to 30,000 men each.
And write up a contingency and joint operation paper. The US will contribute another 30,000....a another surge. NATO can contribute 30,000. That would be a total 120,000 foreign troops in Waristan and the Tribal area of Pakistan. Add in the 150,000 troops and border security that Pakistan has there. We got 270,000 troops.....against the estimated 30,000 to 50,000 Taliban and alQeada. We have modest geographic area to cover...only about 1/2 the size of Afghanistan. We got them outnumbered big time. With our real time imagery shared, thy will not be able to move with out the four groups knowing about it.
With a force deployment like this.....this conflict is history.
Now on the big geo political level. Watch how this plays out. Russia....wants START ratified. With Russian troops in the Pakistan, the REP and Tea Party in the Senate have less reason to block START. Russia can gets START this way. So does Obama. He get his major international agreement for his legacy.
And in China? The Currency thingee. China want the freedom to value her currency anyplace that it wants to. For the military deployment to a region of Pakistan, the Obama Administration will not say a word about currency till the 2014 withdrawl. NATO countries will likely do the same.
We divide these areas of Pakistan up into 4 area of foreign force control. Like was done in Kosovo. Russia had a sector in Kosovo. We worked with them there. China borders on Pakistan. We can give them a secotr nearest to China. The US has a Sector. NATO has a sector. Russia gets it sector. And Pakistan has joint troops with each. Eveyoe can run independent mission or joint missions. Giving flexibility. Command is a joint 4 party command. We base it in Peshwar...home of the frigin Taliban. We divide the city in 4 sectors....one for each of the groups.
When do you want the formal draft of this to submit to Moscow, China and NATO, Dude? I will submit to the White House and REP here. I wil do NATO as well....but you being European...I thought you would like to do that.
