NK wants fuel and trade and still it is not wise opening up for all scaled trade with that place here and now... but giving them fuel and food and medicin and stuff will not harm much I guess and the condition should be stop arming dangerous nations with military arsenal... beside helping an uprising over ther indirectly will be great too... South and North Korea really want to be one country again and years of forced seperation because of ideological reasons is so wrong.
