.... I believe they are mostly using ventilators for the really bad cases but I did hear a news report the other day whereby they saved a man's life by placing him onto a heart-lung machine as a last resort to give his lungs a chance to drain and recover......

... I doubt very much that this virus is going to kill less than the influenza because for one the Chinese aren't being very truthful about their numbers and secondly it is still far from over....
... It does make one wonder where these viruses originate, For example bats have been around for a very long time and Chinese wet markets for nearly as long, so why all of a sudden now? There must be another, more credible explanation ....
