RE: Is old fashioned romance dead?

the ideal date....the man who shows up? laugh

Ideally, no phones, lots of relaxed and interesting conversation which would lead to a second date.

RE: Look who just walked by !

Was the band Mungo Jerry from England? help

RE: Look who just walked by !

laugh thanks for the laugh, Ian! cheers

RE: "HISTORY'S MYSTERIES"

Maybe the Washing Machine Engineers designed a special feature that devours socks which is why most machines don't last very long anymore. Something to ponder over the weekend for sure. laugh

RE: "HISTORY'S MYSTERIES"

It's easy enough to solve the problem, but where do they go? dunno

RE: Just Chilling...

is that where you found your dawg, Angel? laugh

RE: Just Chilling...

ah, sorry to hear you're a bit blue. bouquet I go for an invigorating walk or clean my house, but don't listen to sad music! hope you feel better soon.

RE: "STIR IT UP"

Yes, Jim, we're all truly blessed to be living in free countries. However, voicing our opinions shouldn't be used as an opportunity to be condescending or disrespectful.

RE: "STIR IT UP"

Just because you agree with him, Jim, doesn't mean he's right. It only means you are in agreement. Being condescending towards others doesn't make a person better. thumbs down

RE: "STIR IT UP"

You wrote this blog attacking Rolf. You're the one looking for attention.....yet again.

RE: "STIR IT UP"

Nam, your blog lost all credibility for me with the disrespect you showed towards Rolf by calling him Rolfie Boy. Such juvenile behaviour for someone of you age. Tsk tsk tsk thumbs down

RE: I always wonder

thanks, elegs. We're all attached to the beauties of our own countries, but not blind to the beauty in other countries.

P.S. Canada has provinces, not states. laugh

RE: I always wonder

Caravaning sounds wonderful, but it wouldn't be a way of life for me as I would still need a base to call home. My favorite place would be somewhere that has all four seasons...not pseudo seasons that meld into each other so that you don't really notice much of a change. I really do love all four seasons with winter and fall at the top. hmmm, guess I'll stay here!
applause laugh

RE: We've Run Out Of Things To Blog About

Crazy, that video! rolling on the floor laughing Poor man having his wrinkly bit exposed on a public beach. laugh

RE: We've Run Out Of Things To Blog About

Yes, Rolf, you are absolutely right. Facts over fears and generalizations. If it doesn't work out with Redex, please contact me! laugh bouquet

RE: We've Run Out Of Things To Blog About

Crazy, maybe a blog about Buns vs bread....who knows? Even that could stir up controversy but it could also be fun. dunno

RE: We've Run Out Of Things To Blog About

You seem to have covered it all. cheers

RE: America in 20 years or perhaps sooner,

"If infact if the muslims are bent to caliphate the world"

I was already aware of what happened in Luton. My posts were based on your comment above. By all means, don't stop blogging, but you should be open to hearing all opinions without taking them as personal attacks. Just as you feel you have every right to post what you believe, it works the same way for the rest of us. And just because we may not agree with you does not mean that we dislike you...including me. bouquet

RE: America in 20 years or perhaps sooner,

Hardly. But carry on believing what you will.

RE: America in 20 years or perhaps sooner,

CC, I guess we're just stupid.

RE: America in 20 years or perhaps sooner,

@ ian, not everyone is paranoid, but those who are have zero tolerance and the same amount of common sense. Heaven help us.

RE: Saying nothing

Thanks, Chrome, but I'm afraid I'll say something stupid. help

RE: Saying nothing

-------- hole --------

RE: America in 20 years or perhaps sooner,

Lindsy, I just wonder why you feel the need to saturate the site with the same blog? Yes, I realize you can post whatever and wherever you want. But just because you can doesn't mean you should. Perhaps people should start blogging in the Jokes section. help

RE: Spiritual but not Religious, and Atheist

Hello Socrates, for me "religious" means belonging to and being active in a religion. Whereas spiritual means believing in a universal God who is a God for one and all. It works for me. cheers
