It's the same for me as with any "celebrity" of any type. I don't know any, not fanatical of any thing, except the well being of my country and fellow citizens.
The one party that doesn't truly have a checks and balance has become congress. No term limits and they've thrown the guidelines to the way side. It wasn't meant to be a 2 or more party system. It was never meant to in debt and sell out the country and citizens. They were never meant to get rich off of the backs of tax payers while doing it.
It doesn't matter if it's democrat or republican, though democrat does a lot more of the extensive damages.
They should have stopped nafta and more rather than playing party lines to allow it. They should have been pushing for a better policy. They should have been pushing bush jr. to reverse gears to bring jobs back. They should have been looking to impeach and imprison obozo for helping the enemies.They should have been stopping the taxes and policies that quickly and heavily indebted us even more with no economy to speak of.
Now we have Trump. Not owned by any one. Congress is in charge of taxes and spending. They helped clinton, bush, obozo, but will turn every thing Trump does into a major circus act. They'll make it look like it's his fault when they're the ones that helped cause the problems and troubles.
Policies that work regardless of poor tucker carlson's views. I'm thinking tucker may be the one that doesn't understand or know how government works. Congress doesn't have much of a checks and balance against them but Presidents do when it exercised. That includes the judicial branch playing politics instead of up holding laws.
With all of the things rolled more closely together; when I see how the media, politicians, courts system, and even sheeples, re-act; I don't have to know Trump. I just have to watch how contrasting his policies are and the results they've helped produce.
The truth is, I don't know Trump. Pretty much none of us do except for what people pick and choose from the media and politicians.
You can actually read up on his past and present. Good and bad. Much of the picture painted now didn't hardly exist until he beat professional, tax payer funded criminals for the presidency, and denounced many more.
I do like most of his policies and what they've done for people, the country, and the globe.
Even as I was growing up from a child, grand parents, parents, aunts, uncles, and others, including teachers; would always talk about issues. When they didn't like some one, it wasn't because of the news or media, it was because their policies were hurting the country and more. It wasn't just presidents. the same as today, congressional members that have no idea what their oaths entail and even the occasional judge that had zero idea and what it meant to uphold laws. We used to be taught to read over and above what we see and hear.
Of course that meant going to libraries. Looking and reading through books, looking at slides of older photos and tabloids, etc. Actual research. It was work to read up on laws, bills, history, literature, and just about any thing else a person wanted to learn more about.
Today, it seems more like people have no clue on what the actual issues are. They focus on a person instead of actions and results. They go by media and politicians instead of fellow citizens, country, law, and policy.
They blame politicians for a true failures(which is partially true), they shouldn't have been contributors to the failures. They should have been stoppers.
Once in a great while we get a true leader. Promise keepers become crucified and the politicians with the help of media, do it, because they're failures become more exposed and magnified.
The sheep follow and obey.
I don't get into the "TDS" title much. I hope more than any thing, that more will look at foreign and domestic policies along with economical issues. Looking at a man and suffering all lapse of reason and sanity, isn't a sign of intellect. It's a full showing of a lack of it.
When people should have been angry, 2009-2017, for the damages against the people and country; many were praising and lieing their butts off about what good job was being done. The deficit was roughly $10.5 billion dollars then.
It was the lack of working policies in favor of the people and country, lack of economy, and more help for terrorism as the results of those actions. obozo was a wash out.
Now there are working policies that keep coming together(the tariff war worked as well), an actual economy, enemies are pushed back; but now all people see is a man.
I'm happy for a nation of over 300 million citizens that has some one actually trying to work for them instead of against them.
The economy is going to go up and down. There has never been a way around it. The markets will revolve as they generally do with a more free environment to compete, start new, and build. Trump has helped bring a lot back. Especially more competitiveness.
Forbes doesn't have it right about trade in their ending statements. Sad because they summed up what the problem was through the middle and even they couldn't understand what they were saying by the end. Around the election cycle. When obozo(lied) saying if he could have he would have brought more jobs back but no one else could either( even mentioned a magic wand). Clinton signed it away, Bush Jr. didn't help to reverse it, obozo helped regulate, tax, and cut it even more.
Dershowits is right: It's more like mueller is creating crimes, not investigating any. None were committed and so the cat and mouse game of which meuller seems to be coming up very short.

The lieing still falls on cohen no matter how you spin it. He's only been trying to put something in Russia since about 1987 or so. There were no secrets. Must be why nothing cam of it as what ever talks might have been going on stopped, in around June, 2016. Trump received his nomination that month.
Ever wonder why so many guilty plees still don't involve any thing they can use for Trump? By the way, what Trump did with his money before the nomination, also has no bearing in campaign finances. Still all cohen.
I guess I'll squash the GM game now too since people think it's like a smoking gun. Trump is disappointed but understands that things do come to end sooner or later in the automotive industry, sooner or later. It's so sad that GM won't keep the lines going. There is still a good possibility of expanding their more profitable lines since the Hamtramck isn't actually being closed but vacated.
Maybe even come up with some other lines to start producing. Can't say for certain one way or the other at this point. Not only are there some losses for GM, but every one knew there was a possibility of the lines leaving any way.
Enforcing the laws and border security is actually a very preventative measure for things like this to be exploited.
Reform should fix loop holes. Closing the loopholes is really the only reform needed. Follow through with the laws and border security so less people would be so willing to try breaching them.
Another problem that isn't rocket science. Many people and politicians try making it complicated on purpose.
The fed interest rate hikes have had an effect on the housing markets and other consumer spending.
With another rate hike coming and a great potential for it to be locked down a while, is reason to buy stocks and more now, before interest rates rise. Mainly for mortgage companies and any other type of financial entity. Best chances to increase profits.
Trump did berate the fallacy of the last increase. I don't think we've ever had a leader with policies that are working in both the globe and the nation in a very long time.
It will be the one I remember most in my life time unless there's a successor with the same sense and better.
Sad but it seems most people aren't looking at policy and results. Rate hikes, additional regulations, and more, can cause economic growth to slow. It's still doing exceptionally well over all with room for more.
Quality of life is ranked #6 for the state of Mississippi while someplace people think has higher rankings is rated #50 for quality of life. That state would be California.
Quality of life is a pretty important human factor. So when crunching numbers and with people in mind, I'd have to say for that ranking; the state most likely ranks higher than any man or organization can put a number too.
Since the important factor of Quality exists, those people are probably pretty smart over all. There are a lot of other areas that go into a quality of life. Let's see if their chosen senator can help them rise a little higher in other areas. She has 6 years to help with that goal.

What we can look forward to for certain; is more wasteful spending from the dems for more "investigations".
They're going to try rolling back more policies because they'll want their crumbs back. Most likely to help pay for the illegal immigrants they choose over their own constituents. That's about a good $80-100+ billion dollars a year. Use it for the wall, enforce the laws, and we could save trillions in the long run. Less man power for border security..etc.
We'll see more omnibus bills. Most likely they still won't touch any thing in mandatory spending because they could trim a lot there. Leave the actual retirees social security and health benefits alone, I hope. They've already ripped the nation off enough with the $2 trillion+ "borrowed" from funds they have basically stolen from the people.
They'll try to enforce more regulation for the lie of global warming. The climate has been changing since the dawn of the planet so they have nothing reasonable to argue with in a simple "nomenclature".
We've already been saved more than a couple of trillion dollars just from being pulled out of the Paris agreement.

There's more than enough to pay the debt. Personal income tax and payroll tax is a very large part of those revenues. Try some actual numbers and ask yourself WTF those criminals in congress are spending our money on that we have so much debt?

Either way; I've had very few friends at any time in my life. The ones I have and knew, I felt I could trust with my life. They felt and still feel the same about me.
If it was truly a friend, I know the reasons would be primarily pure in their actions. Still a major violation of my wishes. Over time, for something of that nature(probably a very short time), all would be forgiven because heated discussions and venting would take place in strict, private circumstances.
Not all are forgiving even when things didn't happen. Something else has come to the surface in their thought processes. It could still go back to mostly normal again with time.
People and politicians with the help of media have weekend all of that.
The division started with Ferguson and by 2016, shoot outs with the cops, one of the largest confrontations took place in Texas.
Stop hanging on every word of media and start thinking about a country with over 300 million people brainwashed by media and even obozo himself, that there was nothing they could do for the country with out actually saying it flat out. They did great at dividing it and then some.
Trump must have had a magic wand. Now if we just had better educated people to understand economics, policy, security, and laws.
At least when important matters are brought up, an occasional news source steps out with some truth of the bigger picture. It would be nice to find something fully in depth with more of the truth like so many are in lies. Nothing much said of Trump until he won the presidency. That in itself, says more than people lieing about lies.
Not sure if it (pelosi) said this or not. It wouldn't surprise me. Every one's going to die over thing the dems aren't in control of it seems. I think we're going to see some roll backs of actual growth policies. Most likely some attempted tax hikes, additional spending hikes, more costly healthcare, more immigration laws cast aside, and more at tax payer expense. That's what always happens with dems in control of any thing if the senate and POTUS can't stop or stave it off.
Sad enough many questionable seats lost in the house considering the gains in the senate. Truly doesn't make sense. With out a full audit every where, we'll never know except by some of the antics in florida and georgia as indicators.
If the dems are at least a little bit smart, pelosi won't be speaker. We can't really say they're smart just because they might have won elections. That would fall on the so-called "smart" people that voted for them.
Conversation may bring minor disagreements and such. Same with communication. That's where we learn most likes and dislikes. I live and keep my life pretty simple.
I won't rain on a woman's parade that has gone over above to do or try something.
If I didn't take the time or effort; I'm going to appreciate the fact that they did. There may be things I don't like or could be done differently. They don't need to know that.
