It is always the case especially with people whose lives are less fortunate than others and certain races of people who have a history of oppression. They cling to the belief that there must be something better than their experiences in this life.

If you look at ancient civilisations, there is evidence, which cannot be explained away by traditional archaeologists, of what appears to be visitations by other worldly beings who made a huge impact on the people then, to the point that they were treated as god's due to their advanced technology.
LJ....... There are many mysterious claims. Too many to be ignored. The Grey's are the alien type frequently encountered. President Nixon had knowledge of aliens and on one occasion took Jackie Gleason ( entertainer and friend of his) to an air base near Florida, and showed him alien body in container. This had big effect on Gleason, and his wife said he was never the same after that viewing.
A true friend would comment if they thought you were wearing something that didn't look right, and to save you any embarrassment. So you are completely wrong, and would be no use as a friend.
LJ....... I started my working life in Government department. I always wore shirts ties jackets or suits. There were great fashions at time and linked to the music scene. I've seen about every possible fashion and experimented with some. I've never lost that awareness of being presentable, and enjoy clothes and always happy to give an opinion if asked. I know if something looks right. There is a renaissance in certain clothes and I know I've been there before. Anything that's quality always returns. That's why famous labels from the past are sought after.
It is believed that president Eisenhower actually had meeting with extra terrestrials around 1958. Andrews air force base was thought to be the location. Base was closed to aircraft for period of time and Eisenhower disappeared from political scene. When he reappeared he explained his absence was due to dental treatment. His grand daughter supported this belief. An agreement was reached which allowed ETs to have base in USA in exchange for technical info. The whole thing was covered up, as was anything to do with aliens.
Teen....... Best to try and eat healthy, exercise and have plans for future with a person who is willing to share or appreciate another's beliefs. True friendship and an enjoyment of togetherness with whatever is happening in their lives.
Bassador ...... That's ok. It's your choice. Whatever you feel happy in. But if you ever want to impress another person, I feel sure you would consider what they may wish to see. Or you may not care about them sufficiently, and so they are not worthy of your attention.
LJ...... Yes. We seem to agree. Whenever I go out, I am always concerned that I either dress the best casually I can, or the smartest I can achieve. It's always a bit of a dilemma sometimes, because of the choice I have. Stupid really I know, and then I go and wear something that maybe I've had ages, but always feel happy in.
Unfazed...... Yes sometimes a new vehicle would be nice. When I go on a bike ride, it irritates me when someone wizzes past me. I just think they have a faster bike.
LJ....... I think simple summer dresses in thin light coloured cotton with a low neck line and slightly in at the waist, possibly tied, are always attractive and very feminine.
LJ....... There's no need to send me photos of yourself on all blogs. But I don't mind. If you buy anything new you can send a photo and I will give an honest opinion.
LJ....... Thanks for the double post. One would have been sufficient. You look great, if you don't mind me saying. I'm sure you would look good in anything. Sometimes when I see some young people wearing very tight fitting clothes, and they don't look appropriate due to their shape, I wonder if their mother should help out and give them some advice about what looks right. It's difficult to try and say the right thing when it comes to fashion.
LJ...... I think you are trying to stir up fear among some people. You almost appear to want a third world war. Maybe you should build yourself a bunker and you'd be a lot happier then. At least Joe Biden is prepared to say what he feels about Russia and is probably USA's best president. Do you think, Trump, Bush, Carter, Nixon, Johnson, Reagan were better?
Thanks for comments. Some people wear certain clothes to get noticed. The garments they wear reflect whether they have taste or not. Wearing indecent clothing such as skin tight leggings in public places is a good indication of that person's mentality. It's difficult for the public to avoid noticing such flaunting of the female anatomy and they shouldn't have to walk round with their eyes closed.
When the small boat landed at the shore, a beautiful lady climbed out. Fortunately she wasn't wearing skin type leggings. I knew then that she had good taste.
Great news that you shower and change. That's the opportunity to put decent clothes on. Do you have normal clothes? Or is it difficult to decide what to wear?
I don't accept that there is an afterlife. The need for religion and belief in the continuation of some form of existence after death is something put in our DNA to try and prevent a free for all attitude in society. No one ever has described in detail what life would be like in a heaven etc. Not even religious leaders. Why? Because they have no idea and couldn't even work out how it could possibly work.
I suppose these leggings have replaced the mini skirts which were so popular and fashionable. I prefer the skirts. I insist on my crown affair cheerleaders wearing them.
