Sounds like you did see a good bit of Ireland. It's easy to travel around as places are not that far apart.
Have to do more travelling within Ireland again myself, weekends are just busy at home. Went with my brother last summer to Northern Ireland and the Northern part of the Republic, took me 15 years to make it up that far North.
