I first heard her on a Dylan album many years ago - have got a few of her albums now and shes was just stunning playing with Mark Knopfler - I went to see him last year too - great stuff.....

I may be wrong but i think this is the original of this timeless tune.....

A trial went ahead today here with no jury - new rules apparently - it seems they can now be tried by a judge only if theres a chance the jury could be nobbled - who's to say the judge couldnt be nobbled too - seems like madness to me

Why on earth would a 23 yr old take time to tell me he likes my smile or whatever They are just chancers playing the percentages game - I just hit delete pretty often nowadays - polite responses only encourage them to so Ive stopped bothering and simply delete instead.

Some of them seem genuine enough so I do send an occasional sorry, Im not interested - I was pleasantly surprised yesterday to not have any comeback from one of those.

Its the Abrahamic concept I have a problem with - nature is amazingly mysterious and endlessly beautiful - but it isnt God, it is nature and infinity and I dont know that it can actually be understood in its fullness or ever will be for that matter - its pure conceit to pretend to have the answers and thats what religions do........

These religious people have to realise they cant simply force people to believe anymore - but they have new tactics for this on the internet, they make friends with people on different pretexts then when they have them hooked they start with the god stuff - that to me is totally deceitful and against what they are supposed to stand for - it all makes less and less sense the more I study it......

Its all just a load of superstitious mumbo jumbo which uses fear to quell reason - its just so..... 'last century'
