This case that's being tried is to establish who us defamed and abused.
We may judge who is who but ultimately it all depends on how it's played out in court. Obviously the guilty party sans court proceedings is Amber based on her previous conduct and testimonials of others that the court deem relevant to use in the decision.
In my personal view, Johnny isn't as aggressive as Amber in regards to their relationship. I would be inclined to believe Vanessa's testimony considering how long they have lived together.
