My kids had swimming lessons, but taught them the basics first.
Start by standing in water, placing your head under the water, exhaling(blowing bubbles) and then turning your head to side to take breath and then repeat. Teaches you how to breathe effectively underwater. You exhale underwater, rather than hold your breath.
Unfortunately it's a little more complex than that.
Some people's walls are too high to climb, due to previous hurts/too busy/other factors and there is nothing more painful than loving someone who does not return that love.
Also, love is not like a tap....as much as you can't turn it off at will, neither can you turn it on.
You're already camped up doing the "royal wave" at the tv in MY lounge, transforming all over the place....and Pete, well...I dunno. I'm trying to work out what he's doing?
