I am thinking about buying my first investment property, dwhat are the downfalls , is now a good time/ Im not after instant return but ide like it to cover its own intrest and maintanence, what do I need to be wary off? any input appriciated
Hi Serene , I think this is ok concidering it includes utilities, in saying that I am so glad I am buying a house its costing me now but at least I always have the option of renting a room out or downsizing later,
I do think that capital punishment would act as a deterent , keep in mind many murders and raaists escalate. Perhaps they may stop and concider the implications a bit more if they believed their own lives were going to be on the line ! Peodophiles know they wont get life yet they ruin lifetimes for not only the child they assault but also the families left to feel guilty the rest of their lives, Murderers kill not only the person but future generations.Ive got my own faith but Pass the switch ill pull the lever especially in this day and age where DNA means there can be no mistake !!

Its the whole HERO bit I disagree with!! What about our scientists who camp in the wilderness to take samples from slugs bugs and shrubs to try to find a cure to cancer and other insidious diseases They are the real heros!!!! Not some yound spoilt kid who has been GIVEN a yatch then time off school and more money thrown at her for gossip rags , should be outlawed in my opinion !!
My property value does exceed what I paid for it,however I dont want to sell!! I cant go back to renting Ive worked so hard to get where I am!!! Are things really that dire?
Ok so Im of the thought that having a home will give me some sercurity! My morgage is comparable to rent in this area( bit more) & I have 2 spare rooms being a 4 bdrm house so if worst comes to worst I could always rent out a room or 2 !How will people pay thier rent???

ewwww I remember finding my 16 month old son in the back yard frothing at the mouth , It took three holdem down and brush like mad to get the shells outfrom between his teeth , He was most upset Ide ruined his fun..... I was nearly sick gaging just the thought ....YUK
