No I haven't been here that long actually and also not on here consistently. Are we not all strangers until we meet ,so no I don't "know" anyone on here, I just interact with them conversationally.
My point was as an open Forum it's going to be open to misinterpretation by some posters.
As for myself I prefer to be classed as English not an islander but that's my personal preference.
Check again Gal. I don't participate in many threads these days ,just read and move on most of the time as it's all so terribly boring on here at the moment.
I didn't ridicule your thread, just enquired why the continual use of the word "islanders"
