I prefer to focus on what I can control/influence, and for which positive results can be achieved at a faster rate. So Peace of mind is what I'd choose.
World peace seem to be forever illusive, but peace of mind can be achieved more readily. The former is dependent on ‘others’, whilst the latter is largely dependent on oneself.
Should it be a case of having to choose one over the other, which would you choose and why? Please share….
Not sure how safe it is, but been using it for the past 10 years or so with minimal issues (e.g. voice call/video quality). I believe that it was recently bought over by FB (which would be Mark Zuckerberg).

Thanks so much robplum, I really appreciate your taking time to explain. I will definitely try your suggestion. I've always had a problem 'calming' my thoughts at night...years of living in the future/past perhaps?
Such good advice...Thanks much blathin. I do use a guard, but I do have an idea of what may be causing my current stress, so I guess I should just work on those aspects for now:)
