Yes...it might inspire others to speak out against like-minded 'bullies' sooner, than later. I'm truly happy for Johnny and his family; it was messy, but he's been vindicated.

She's a bully... malicious and mean-spirited! She'll pay much more to Johnny for how she treated him, just not in $ (unless he files another suit ).

I agree with Deedee, and would add that honouring the wishes of the deceased is most often due to that 'love', than it is about an 'obligation' (as you stated).
