Done deal then! Oh does that wine need shilling? I like red wine myself, I drink it because I read somewhere that it is healthy, so I became health consicious. V.B.G
We had a dog a German shepperd. She was the runt of the litter and small. We then got a kitten. Sandy the dog would carry this kitten around in our backyard in her mouth for weeks. One day we came home from shopping and found the litle kitten dead. I was angry at Sandy and scolded her. My step son put his arms around Sandy and cried; "I love you anyway Sandy" How often since have we used this it became our motto; "I love you anyway"
Found out that killing the kitten was an accident because Sandy did not tear up the kitten she had just grabbed it somehow the wrong way.
Please send a food parcel until the Euro's start to come in. I would like, salami, the spicy kind, gouda cheese, yeah I know it is expensive, french loaf of bread, a bottle or merlo and whatever else your generous heart may feel inclined to add. VBG

Converting your car to run on water is proven to lower fuel costs, increase mileage - and help the environment. But, up until recently, it was also pretty expensive - the only way to convert your car to water was to get it done professionally, which could cost as much as $2,000. Even stand-alone conversion kits can sell for as much as $500.
Luckily, the last six months has seen a crop of conversion-kit guides, which show how to convert your car to water yourself - using low cost materials, and with little or no technical knowledge required.
We decided to sit down and review these new guides - our key criteria were ease-of-use, affordability of materials, and speed of installation.
Overall, we were pleasantly suprised with the results - the technology evidently does work, and if you pick the right guide, you could well be up and running in a few hours.
We reviewed 18 water fuel kits - only 2 met our criteria:
Sizeable Fuel Savings - at least 50% increase in fuel efficiency. Fast and Easy Setup - in only a few hours, even for novices. Affordable Set-Up Cost - cheap material, no expensive equipment required.
Published Articles - Can we run a car on water instead of gas(oline) ?
By Roger C Mark
Well, you will be disappointed to know that right now there is no car engine which can run solely on water….but yes, some people do claim that they have found a way to use water to supplement gasoline power.
To understand it better, let us take an analogy of Steam engine which was extensively used in older rail-engines. Well as the name suggests, layman might be thinking that this is the engine which runs simply on steam which is generated from water. But again, you will need some source of energy to convert this water into steam. So energy diagram will be something like
Coal Energy -> Heat Energy -> Steam (from water)
Keeping this in mind, let us again revisit the question “Can we run a car on water instead of gasoline?” Well if we can convert water into energy, then yes, but again we would need some source of energy to convert water into energy. What this energy could be? In fact it can be solar energy, electrical energy, or even energy generated by gasoline. So when people actually say that “you can run your car on water” then what they are trying to say is “you can’t run your car on water alone, instead you can run it on water supplementing the energy of gasoline in more mileage efficient way”
Some inventors claim that they have developed devices that use a little electricity out of your car's battery, to separate water into a gas called HHO(2 Hydrogen + 1 Oxygen). HHO, also called Brown's Gas or Hydroxy, burns beautifully and provides tons of energy - while the end product is just water. Mobile Magazine says HHO provides the atomic power of Hydrogen, while maintaining the chemical stability of water. ”
Next question comes, well if it is so simple then what are pros and cons of doing this. Well truth is that I will not be able to guide you on this one as I have recently tried to implement this technique on one of my old car (about a week ago) and it will need sometime before I am actually able to measure the success of this concept.

I have to agree with government involvement. In Canada we have government run liquor stores. We now have in addition some private stores. Their prices not cheaper.
I am not making these things up I have seen and read plenty. Please do go to youtube and print; "legalize all drugs" It is an eyeopener for sure. It is even better than why I did go to Google
10 Reasons to legalise all drugs comment from Transform: the campaign for effective drug policy
1 Address the real issues For too long policy makers have used prohibition as a smoke screen to avoid addressing the social and economic factors that lead people to use drugs. Most illegal and legal drug use is recreational. Poverty and despair are at the root of most problematic drug use and it is only by addressing these underlying causes that we can hope to significantly decrease the number of problematic users.
2 Eliminate the criminal market place The market for drugs is demand-led and millions of people demand illegal drugs. Making the production, supply and use of some drugs illegal creates a vacuum into which organised crime moves. The profits are worth billions of pounds. Legalisation forces organised crime from the drugs trade, starves them of income and enables us to regulate and control the market (i.e. prescription, licensing, laws on sales to minors, advertising regulations etc.)
3 Massively reduce crime The price of illegal drugs is determined by a demand-led, unregulated market. Using illegal drugs is very expensive. This means that some dependent users resort to stealing to raise funds (accounting for 50% of UK property crime - estimated at £2 billion a year). Most of the violence associated with illegal drug dealing is caused by its illegality
Legalisation would enable us to regulate the market, determine a much lower price and remove users need to raise funds through crime. Our legal system would be freed up and our prison population dramatically reduced, saving billions. Because of the low price, cigarette smokers do not have to steal to support their habits. There is also no violence associated with the legal tobacco market.
4 Drug users are a majority Recent research shows that nearly half of all 15-16 year olds have used an illegal drug. Up to one and a half million people use ecstasy every weekend. Amongst young people, illegal drug use is seen as normal. Intensifying the 'war on drugs' is not reducing demand. In Holland, where cannabis laws are far less harsh, drug usage is amongst the lowest in Europe.
Legalisation accepts that drug use is normal and that it is a social issue, not a criminal justice one. How we deal with it is up to all of us to decide.
In 1970 there were 9000 convictions or cautions for drug offences and 15% of young people had used an illegal drug. In 1995 the figures were 94 000 and 45%. Prohibition doesn't work.
5 Provide access to truthful information and education A wealth of disinformation about drugs and drug use is given to us by ignorant and prejudiced policy-makers and media who peddle myths upon lies for their own ends. This creates many of the risks and dangers associated with drug use.
Legalisation would help us to disseminate open, honest and truthful information to users and non-users to help them to make decisions about whether and how to use. We could begin research again on presently illicit drugs to discover all their uses and effects - both positive and negative.
