In NZ long time ago, people held views like that and the government of the day froze rents and tenants families right to live in the property forever. Because of legislation Government enacted I know of at least one instance where the landlord, couldn't increase the rent from what it had been in the 1940's and couldn't kick the tenants out for as long as any family member desired to stay there, so the landlord was faced with low rent the properties upkeep as well as the rates etc.
It beggers disbelief property prices will always go up, I think most urban properties are grossly over valued. Though as long as government continues a emigration program probably then demand will keep prices up. But when reality returns, (no jobs in the cities, no food in the supper markets) most will become worthless liabilities
Me mate here just brought a Nikon has a back lit screen in it which is very nice, he got it on eBay from America, it appears to take as good as pictures as the XZ-1, not sure the model

I've two camera a 8 MP Olympus Evolt E500 (SLR) which most of the photos in that Album were taken with, however i wanted to take photos diddy things, and couldn't find an affordable Macro Lens for it. On eBay i came across the 10MP Olympus XZ-1 which Macro setting and a Supper Macro setting, its got a pretty 4xwide angle lens that lets quite bit light, has video with sound (most do) however beside the Super Macro attraction, the software that comes with the camera gives the ability to update both cameras Firmware, including the E500 lens Firmware. Was cheaper than the cheapest Macro Lens a 6.24 mm lens. Think the E500 smaller lens is 14 to 40 and the larger 45 to 150 mm.
Oh its the camera, most are very small flowers (tiny) i looked for a Macro lens for my Olympus E500 and couldn't find anything affordable, then on eBay i chanced on Olympus XZ-1 camera which has both Macro and a Super Macro function and thus those and the movie demonstrates the camera ability not mine i enjoy going through the results

I believe our nature is moving energy (karma) without cause there would be nothing, having created cause the effect of our actions, give rise to an outcome seeded by that action, it is certain to turn up. i think the rural people of Tasmania are sick of people planting plantations alongside there farms. Sick of the stunt Gunns pulled in offering $3250 an acre instead of the usual $1200 for land, sick knowing the water table has in many areas been contaminated, that the fish have growths growing from there bodies, sick of the bush fire threat alongside there homes and many other concerns even the loggers are sick of to. I don't hug trees, have driven logging trucks and think your not thinking very well mate
