RE: COMMUNISME OR KAPITALISME ?

You talk as if Communism isn't about greed and materialism, but it sells the illusion that everyone can be(and should be)middle class and live that lifestyle, it doesn't get any more materialistic than that.

RE: COMMUNISME OR KAPITALISME ?

I'm glad to hear it.wink

Nothing wrong with aspirations.. tangible ones that is, otherwise we're talking false dreams and Obama territory all over again.

RE: COMMUNISME OR KAPITALISME ?

Marxism, once you undress it of its hippy trimmings is just banditry and plunder. Always those that fall for romanticism though, same reason why obama got in.

RE: COMMUNISME OR KAPITALISME ?

To topple Obama would be a good thing. Nice idealism. wine

RE: COMMUNISME OR KAPITALISME ?

True, governments never change things, only when the state of affairs is so bad will that happen.

RE: COMMUNISME OR KAPITALISME ?

Absolutely, just a shame the next stock never seem to be that much better.

RE: COMMUNISME OR KAPITALISME ?

That is the more conventional problem there. I personally air towards guilds and municipality based election of a technocratic parliament, with absolute, yet finite and clearly defined roles. Economically the state only intervenes when the private syndicate fails to reach decisions.

It's not an absolute free market but i'd argue it's more free than the current system, and also answers the problem of Socialism.

RE: COMMUNISME OR KAPITALISME ?

Fair point, there are many thick people in the world that is what Socialism is for, but how do you trust the integrity of a government formed by a political party?

RE: COMMUNISME OR KAPITALISME ?

Socialist basic need and Capitalist self-motivation ~ Syndicalism

RE: Having a life

He is, and indeed has to be correct in what he's saying in regards to some people.

RE: What single word best describes LOVE ????

Beauty.

RE: rebels

Sometimes brilliant, usually BS.

RE: Why are religious people not the most loving and understanding?

It's just sometimes I read Zionist's posts and you'd think Judaism doesn't have its fanatics too. Although I do appreciate the reasons behind the defensive nature of Zionists, nonetheless it only seems to lead to blind support for palestine from the would-be neutrals, especially amongst my generation.

RE: Why are religious people not the most loving and understanding?

Fair points, overall I do support Israel. I just feel the key point is to understand that there will be Muslims, that perhaps have goals that are closer to your own and some within your own people of which you have little in common.

I hear the Orphodox community is roughly around 10% of Israels' population, which you're right is only small but also, so I hear, they are a very active minority.

RE: Honesty

Sensitive to her emotions, but not your own, is what is actually meant by the motto "I want a sensitive man".

RE: TRUTH, does media tell us the truth?

Sometimes they do but often that's not the case, or every media outlet would say the same thing.

RE: For the CS men only...

I'd say mini but mine's not that reliable.

RE: For the CS men only...

Depends, if she lets me park around the back to make up for it, then i'll consider it.

RE: Change one letter to form a new word - Next generation

RE: How much rivalry is healthy at the workplace?

Slyly put weight gain powder in all of her drinks. I'll bet she doesn't have the same hold over the boss when she's a size 20.

RE: How much rivalry is healthy at the workplace?

If there's only one big boss, I'd keep your mouth closed.

RE: Why has Obama's popularity fallen so fast?

Exactly, Reagan(like Margaret Thatcher)crushed the Unions in the 80's, but in doing so he crushed their respective productive industries aswell, and now we are paying the price for consuming much and producing little over the last three decades.

Excessive borrowing is the only way you can finance such an economy with an imbalance of consumption over creation, for how can a nation afford to buy goods if it is not selling goods of equal value? It simply can't, that is the root nature of a trade deficit.

Every major recession proves the Mercantilists were correct in many of their economic principles.

RE: Faith healing

Fair enough. I hadn't read any other posts I was just refering to faith healers themselves, and the ignorant being those who believe the faith healer has an intrinsic ability to heal them.

I think if you understand and are at peace with yourself, then you'll perform better at whatever it is you do, and I suppose that would hold true in regards to your health aswell.

RE: Faith healing

Hmmmm I do agree but, is it right to play upon ignorance for the greater good? It makes me very wary of those that practice faith healing.

RE: Faith healing

At the best its a placebo effect.

RE: When you go on a dinner date do you order.....

Usually I order what I want, or sometimes I order the cheapest if I don't trust her all that much.

RE: Tea Party Supporter...

I'm sure all those people on said benefits have an even larger issue with that, but obviously they don't matter to you.

It's amazing just how 'Right-wing' the Left, actually is.

RE: Stephen Hawking: God did not create Universe

Actually I was making a point that science is to a large degree speculation. Darwin practice coming from Goethe theories, and Newton coming from Copernicus.

If you now believe something different due to Hawking's research, then your previously held scientific opinion, by your own admission, is false and wrong just like the Theists are themselves, is that not the case?

RE: Stephen Hawking: God did not create Universe

We are to the universe as plankton is to the sea. There are things much bigger and brighter than ourselves but it has no direct concern to us, or us to them.

Attaching any reason for the universe or life itself will always remain in the realm of the metaphysical. Metaphysics although sometimes discredited, is the foundation of all scientific thought. I can't think of a proven scientific breakthrough, which hasn't been hypothesised through reason and experience beforehand, either by them or another.

Darwin and Newton for example, everything they proved had been thought(through use of metaphysics)by philosophers long before they were even born.

RE: Stephen Hawking: God did not create Universe

Maybe it will be a thing of the past, but in ages gone by the importance of religion has fallen only to arise again.

Ancient Rome for instance, after enjoying centuries of unquestioned superiority began to lose its faith in both god and other spiritual/cultural concepts such as patriotism and adopted more individual and self-gratifying beliefs and ethics. To me that bears a striking similarity to the West today, and look what happened to Rome.

I predict that Atheism gives way to Nihilism and all its manifestations, and with that society will divide and ultimately collapse itself, and new religions(or new life to old religions) will form as the next age emerges.
