Another one would be the guy who worked on the railways as a level crossing keeper/ control centre, worked every level crossing from Kings Cross to where I nodded off.
Only thing I would say is if you meet them over the net, webcam and talk and met as soon as possible, because in the end it is the whole package you need to know.
My area is hot on recyling too, three wheely bins in the back garden and a plastic bag to hook on one for batteries even. Then the local recycling centre for cardboard, metal, glass etc. Small reclying stations along many roads for glass, cans or newspapers. Only trouble is, not enough pressure is put on businesses to make them recycle yet!
