Crazy, Wrong, Incredibly Exciting and Quilty

Crazy cause we are so different
You are steel and I am air
This is something we should prevent
I will hurt persons I love, I fear

Wrong because we are unequal
You have found the Lord I have not
The moment is in my head like a sequel
So much at stake, how could I have forgot

Incredibly Exciting and on cloud ten
That's how my body feel tonight
My hormones are a flight like a wren
But what we did was not right

Quilty is how I feel after the fact
I betray both of us and others
The moment we committed the act
And oh how my conscience botheres

GOOD RIDDANCE

I am tired of feeling less than I am
I tired of closing up like a clam
That is not who I was made to be
That is not who the world should see
I will never add up for you. Tough!
It has been years I am use to it rough
My destiny is mine to shape I am sure
So tomorrow I prepare to walk out the door
For me there is no love in your heart
My understanding has finally gone off the chart
I am getting out of your life this time forever
Because finally for ME I will act clever

The Ten Step Dance

I can teach you a dance of ten steps
Each a work of art on its very own
This dance guarantees perks and peps
In every heart once it is known

Step One: Close your eyes forget your stress
Step Two: Make a rhythm in the heart
Step Three: Think "I am more than highly bless"
Step Four: Feel the beats as they start
Step Five: Rock your body, come on! Let it flow
Step Six: Rock you body to the beat don't stop
Step Seven: Jump if want, twirl or hop just let go
Step Eight: Keep going! You are the cream of the crop
Step Nine: Keep the music in you heart the rhythm on your toes
Step Ten: It is time to start all over again my friend
Dance out stress, problems, false friends and foes
Dance my favorite dance that will never end.

As you Dance remember me across the seas
Dancing with you to a rhythm only you and I know
Not on our Ps and Qs but on our As and Bs
We dancing the Ten Step Dance and Letting it all Go

Tears in a Smile

She gave me a smile filled with tears
She asked I kept it a secret for her
I hoped I could soothe her despairs
So I questioned her a little farther
In the voice of a child she spoke
The smile filled with tears kept her centred
She said, "This morning I woke.
From the sleep that for years I had entered."

"I closed my eyes twelve years ago, you see
Wide awake without even a dream of my own
I sent my dreams downstream in a canope
Just to be used and left all alone."
She sighed the sighed of lost hope
Patted my hand that held her smile filled with tears
And whispered, "My child I just can't cope
Too much hatred, dashed dreams and fears."

As she walked away I was left with a smile
No longer filled with tears but lost
I thought she was not even hostile
And I wanted to help at all cost
So off I went to find her once more
I walked to the corner where she had turned
I followed my aim to reassure
But I was forbidden with a smile that burned.

THANKS FOR THE HURT

Thanks for the hurt she said to Ian
It made me found a REAL man
He's a perfect fit for my future plan
My perfect soda in a my can

Thanks for the hurt it made me strong
Even if I had suffered for too long
Without it I'd not have found where I belong
I would still be stuck with Mr. Wrong

Thanks for the hurt it made ME see
Who I never want to ever be
And even if you have to disagree
It makes for a happier and better ME.

Thanks for the hurt because through its pain
I learnt how to love me once again
It made me see why I needed not complain
Baby only good salvation forever reign

Thanks for the hurt for now I can really say
I have found love that helps me through each day
A love that has chased my grey skies away
A love that I believe will never stray

Part 2 of DARE I TRUST YOU AGAIN
Post Comment

Dare I Trust You Again

Years I dedicated to making YOU
The image that the world always saw
I taught you what to wear, say and/or do
I even kept you on the right side of the law
Nothing was too much for our tomorrow
No obstacle too hard to climb or bare
I smile through the joys and hid my sorrow
I told myself I had nothing to fear

Tomorrow however is a far way from today
When at two in the morn your phone rings
To talk from my side you have to stray
Whispered conversations pull at my heart strings
Then you come back to bed on tip toes
The phone won't ring again I am sure
Cause as I lay here buried in woes
I saw you turn it off before you closed the door

Forgiveness is not an easy task my dear
You should have thought about me before you act
How many times have I listened to you swear
To be faithful! Yeah take a minute and retract
But to think you did not even think about me
Cause if you did you would realize that in reality
Protection is sold in every corner shop and pharmacy
I would never hear of STDs or that other pregnancy

Dare I trust you again, even for a minute
When you can casually tell her to kill her child
Cause he is not the reason you were in it
Then cast her away as if she was soiled
When will it be my turn to be thrown out the door
Dare I trust your new promise of fidelity
Isn't cheating a disease without a cure
And I am aware AIDS would be my finality

A PRAYER

Dear Lord as I face another day
Guide the things I do and say
Walk before every step I take
And help me with each decision I make
As I watch for my enemies keenly
Protect me from my friends truly
Touch my Boss' heart today neatly
So I get a raise won't you sweetie
Cause Lord you know my bills are high
Making my stress level up to the sky
And Lord at the end of the day
Remind me that thanks I should say

TEN TIMES THANKS

HE WALKED THE PATH OF LOVE
HE TALKED THE LANGUAGE OF SHARING
HE LIVED IN THE LAND OF CARE
HE RODE ON WINGS OF A DOVE
HE SHONE BRIGHT TO POINT OF GLARING
HE KNEW TO SOMEONE HE WAS DEAR

NOW THAT IT IS ALL OVER
THOUGH HE NEVER WANTED AN END
HE HAS ONLY THESE FEW WORD TO SAY
THANK YOU DARLING FOR BEING MY LOVER
AND I WILL ALWAYS BE YOUR FRIEND
GOOD LUCK HE SAID AS SHE WALKED AWAY

WHEN I QUESTIONED WHY NO ANGER WAS DISPLAYED
HE LOOKED AT ME AND THEN HE SMILED
THEN IN A VOICE FILLED WITH EMOTIONS
HE WHISPERED, "FOR THE TIME SHE STAYED
SHE MADE MY HEART RACED AND MY BLOOD BOILED
SO FOR HER IT IS TEN TIMES THANKS AND STANDING OVATIONS."

HOT

My body burns as if roasting
I want to get rid of this heat
I am involuntarily hosting
Burning from my head to my feet
I am tearing these garbs off now
Not a moment longer, I just cant stand it
I am WET! WET! I need a reprieve somehow
I am like a dynamite well lit
I need to be free from this heat
Jamaica is burning damn it

YYYYYYEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSS

My toes curl, my feet numbs in pleasure/pain
Just a little more and I will go insane
But yes I want more, need more now
Hard, fast, slow, wild, intense, I will endure somehow

Tears pour freely from my eyes, am I happy or sad
Is this pleasure/pain really good or bad
I need it, I pray for it, I beg for it to last
In this play, my pleasure/pain and I are the cast

My heart hammers through my chest, loud and wild
My voice becomes that of a child
Begging, pleading, demanding and even crying
Even as from this pleasure/pain I am dying

Intensity is at its peak, my blood rushes through my veins
Dashing to the centre of my being like ten speeding trains
No brakes can be applied, I need to feel the impact
I scream my need and hope my body stays intact

Finally my Pleasure stands tall waving its red flag
My senses are carefully packed away in a ziplock bag
I feel! I feel! I feel and I feel!!!!
Because it is the only sense that is real

JUST MY VIEW

LOVE four ordinary letters yet so powerful
But before using these letters be very careful
Because after reading my view you will see anew
This word is not black, white, grey or even blue

Put Yourself into the word as "I" for a while
Replacing "O" now you have LIVE, I can see your smile
Turn that word around now you'll get EVIL
Yeah now I must protest I am no devil

Still using you in the word my dears
Juggle the letters around a bit; even in tears
Let's view the other words found
After we have done a bit of a turn-a-round

The first is VILE otherwise despicable or awful
Don't bash me! I could have said revolting or dreadful!
Remember people this is my view and only mine
It is not a deed sealed and signed

Next in the word juggle is VEIL still in the word game
And here is a list of words that means the same:
Covering, Shroud, Mask, Pall, Cloak or Blanketing
Look in your dictionaries its not lies I am marketing.

It is really interesting to note the only letter here
That can never start the word is "I" you know my dear
So here is a bit of advice to you and you and you
Keep "I" away from love at all cost its best one can do...

Let ME Love YOU Now

You have loved me all these years
Through some smiles but mostly tears
You gave me hurts dressed in flowers
Empty promises like daily showers
Yes you loved me like no other
You even made me a proud mother

Thank you sir but now its my turn
Even for the lies continue to spurn
But please give me the chance I beg of you
To love you now like you had no clue
That it was in me to do all this time
Please I want to love you into sublime

to be continued
