Mmmm....
I'm trying to work out people who create blogs...love to do it.and many..yet their interaction on other blogs is nearly zero...are these people just about themselves.

Perhaps those that blog and rarely comment have too much to say and those that never blog but comment, dont have anything to write about.
partly cos of not same interest in the topics, partly cos of culture differences, partly cos of laziness or too many issues with myself already, etc. so many reasons but yeah somehow it is about ourselves...
When I have some interesting topic I´d like to share with everybody I write a blog about it.
When I see interesting topics I´d like to comment on and give my opinion, then I do it.
CS isn't the place to find depth of thought.
Sure, every once and awhile there will be nuggets but by and large most people here just like to chat and giggle, not get in indepth discussions. People have left CS in frustration because of this.
My opinion, anyway. It's still fun as a mainly socializing site.
As for those who blog but don't comment, I always presume they just like the sound of their own voice, and only their opinion counts.
It is like people who always ask for help, but never give any in return.
