Will the sun eventually set on the British empire...

I scanned a few stories tonight that discuss some changes now that Queen Elizabeth has passed and the possibility of some Commonwealths breaking ties with the crown.

Will the sun eventually set on the British empire?

Waiting 14 hours to see the Queen...

The Queen, Lying-in-State outside Westminster Hall in London has crowds reportedly waiting 14 hours to see a closed casket and pay their respects.
Reports are due to the huge number of people, the queue was at capacity and entry had to be paused for six hours making wait times reach 14 hours as the line stretched 5 miles (8km) from Parliament to Southwark Park.

One woman interviewed said she got in the line at 4am Friday. Quoted as saying it's a moment in history to celebrate and would regret not being part of it.

I saw a reader comment about the lead lined casket being closed. He had suspicion her body wasn't inside.

Your daily dose of Donald... 9-15-2022

There's a lot going on in the world this week. Preparation for Queen Elizabeth's funeral, Florida's governor Ron DeSantis sending 2 planes with migrants to Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts, My pillow guy Mike Lindell having his cellphone confiscated by the FBI.
Somewhere along the way, Trump was asked about a running-mate for 2024 and if his daughter would be considered. His reply was no.

Stories keep regurgitating about seized documents from Mar-a-Lago. We all know the story changes to fit the questions and somewhere along the way 'some' documents were returned... his lawyers took his word for it. This leads to a credibility issue and if said documents had actually been returned, a search wouldn't have been necessary... or as some like to say, Biden's weaponized police state would have searched and found nothing.

If his lawyers supported false claims, they become liable... sticky isn't it. At some point if a lawyer gets charged, he may rollover on Donald to avoid a risk of disbarment.

Already some of the Trump Organization top employees have pleaded guilty on tax fraud. If you recall Michael Cohen stated that Trump approved every decision in his companies, so only one person should be responsible to as they say in gangster movies 'take the heat'.

Regarding lawyers for all things Trump... If you don't get your money up front, there's a really good chance you'll be working for free. I was going to use the statement PRO BONO, that that refers to clients with a low income. Donald doesn't fall into that category.

Teen Accused of Driving Over Man in Wheelchair and Fleeing

A teen is accused of driving over a man in a wheelchair and leaving the scene in Texas. Disturbing video provided by the Austin Police Department shows the victim crossing a parking lot in his motorized wheelchair. Investigators say he put his hand up to warn an approaching vehicle to slow down. A white pickup truck then comes into frame and runs the man over, knocking him out of his wheelchair and dragging him under the wheels.

Biden on a bus to attend the Queen's funeral...

That was the original story Sunday as someone in the United kingdom government had asked foreign leaders to take commercial flights and they would be taken to the funeral at London's Westminster escorted by shuttle buses "because of tight security and road restrictions"
Maybe after a rethink on the security measures, they backstroked saying Biden could use his own car for security. The United States Secret Security would have little chance of protecting the president on a commercial flight, then walking out to a shuttle.

I could see it now as he's standing waiting for the bus and a vendor selling fish & chips leans over the counter... "Hey mate, you're not from around here are ya?"

Your daily dose of Donald... 9-13-2022

This reads like a tabloid story about Bigfoot. He was spotted in DC with no specific agenda. Later he was spotted in Virginia driving a golf cart, something he's really good at!

I haven't heard the final on who is paying for the grand special master. Trump wanted one, let Trump pay for one. No negotiation required. Judge Raymond J. Dearie was listed as a suitable choice. I'm not sure if it's been confirmed.

Trump's lawyers say the classified documents seized at Mar-a-Lago may not be classified. Interesting comment from lawyers who saw a photo sampling of what was found there... extra points, though as it matters not if they were (pick any) top secret, classified, declassified as ALL of those documents belong in the hands of NARA and not ex-president Donald J. Trump. According to law, he broke the law.

No delay for the criminal tax fraud trial against the Trump organization. The trial is set to start on October 24.

Biden regime in full desperation mode

According to Steve Bannon - who has more contacts in the America First movement than anyone else - the FBI (Democrat Party Gestapo) conducted raids on THIRTY FIVE TRUMP ASSOCIATES yesterday. This is an act of absolute desperation. You don't do these kind of things when you're in control and have the trust of the majority of the American people.

Interesting LAST MEAL requests

I recently read about the 15 most extravagant last meal requests of death row prisoners. Here are the 5 most interesting ones to me:

1. In 1985, Gerald Lee Mitchell met his 20-year-old victim, Charles Marino, and the victim’s 15-year-old brother-in-law, Kenneth Flemming, in a Houston neighborhood park, offering to sell the pair some marijuana, but he robbed them of their cash and car keys before shooting them both. Fleming survived with a hip injury.
Mitchell was later arrested while driving Marino’s car. That same day, he had murdered another man when the latter refused to hand over a necklace he wanted. Mitchell was ultimately sentenced to death for both murders. For his last meal, he requested a bag of Jolly Rancher candy in assorted flavors. Mitchell was clearly a candy lover to the very end.

2. Dobie Gillis Williams was on a five-day furlough from Camp Beauregard when he broke into the rural home of Hebert and Sonja Knippers in 1984. After breaking into their home through the couple’s bathroom window, he attempted to r*pe Sonja before stabbing her. Williams left the house the same way he came in, and later, a fatally-injured Sonja passed away.
Williams was eventually arrested, charged with first-degree murder, and sentenced to death. For his last meal, he requested twelve candy bars and some ice cream, showing that he was a major chocolate addict. Talk about a sugar rush.

3. After Victor Feguer arrived in Dubuque, Iowa in the summer of 1960 and rented a room at a rundown boarding house, he began calling physicians out of the local Yellow Pages, eventually coming across Dr. Edward Bartels. He called Bartels up and when Bartels stopped by, Feguer kidnapped and killed him. He was arrested a few days later while attempting to sell the doctor’s car.
Feguer was convicted of murder and sentenced to death by President John F. Kennedy himself since, at that time, only the former president could commute a death sentence. For his last meal, Feguer requested a single olive with the pit still in it. But he didn’t eat it. The olive was found in his suit pocket and was reportedly buried with him.

4. Lawrence Russell Brewer requested more food than anyone could realistically eat. Brewer was a white supremacist who, along with two other white supremacists, murdered a 49-year-old African-American man in Jasper, Texas in 1998 by dragging him to death behind a pickup truck and was sentenced to death.
For his last meal, he requested two chicken fried steaks and sliced onions dripping in gravy; a triple-meat bacon cheeseburger with everything on the side; one cheese omelet with ground beef, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, and jalapeños; a big bowl of fried okra with ketchup; one pound of barbecued meat and half a loaf of white bread; three fajitas with all the toppings; a Pizza Hut Meat Lovers pizza; a pint of Blue Bell vanilla ice cream; a slab of peanut butter fudge with crushed peanuts on top; and three root beers. When the food came, Brewer declined to eat anything, saying he wasn’t hungry.

5. Debra René Wilson was counting money from the cash drawer when retail merchant James Edward Smith entered the office and pointed a gun at her, demanding money. After Harris collected the money from an insurance executive, he fired a bullet into the executive’s heart, killing him, then fled the scene on foot. However, he was caught in a nearby parking lot by an office worker, a work crew, and a businessman. Harris was convicted of capital murder and sentenced to death.
For his last meal, he requested rhaeakunda dirt, which is frequently associated with voodoo rituals, so he could perform a voodoo ritual. His mother said her son was a kind and caring child until he started practicing black magic, voodooism, and witchcraft. But dirt wasn’t on the list of approved foods for last meals, so the prison gave him what they probably considered the closest thing—yogurt.

Your daily dose of Donald...

It's never quiet in Trump world. I believe we are up to 3 news stories daily.
Hopefully, we're past the lie about Trump having the power to declassify documents at will. Right?

Let's go with that story anyway and say he declassified documents in his possession at Mar-a-Lago and neglected to over stamp the classified stamp at the top of them. Plausible?

Previous excuses included: I don't have any, I would have returned them if you had asked, The FBI planted them, They're mine, I declassified all of them.

The one detail he forgot is the possession part. It's illegal ( ex-president or not) to have taken them in the first place. Coming up with an excuse of 'I was planning to send them over' reminds me of the guy who was stopped by the police driving around with a kilo of pot in his car. Just as the police are about to arrest him, he blurts out "But officer, I found this pot on the side of the road and was headed to police headquarters to turn it in!"
Get my point?

What else happened? Oh yeah, last week, Donald revealed the FBI spent hours searching through Melania's lingerie. She felt so violated that she could never wear them again (regardless of laundering) and that she had to buy all new underwear.
Is that a tax write-off for the latest fall fashions?

Trump's back on the grifter rally circuit in Pennsylvania and declares war on Biden being an enemy of the state. More on that later...

This week, it's the FBI searching Barron's room. Quoted from one news source he said:
"And even did a deep and ugly search of the room of my 16-year-old son — leaving everything they touched in far different condition than it was when they started. Can you believe it?"

If you ask me... no. That is unless it was specified in the search warrant and I didn't see it listed when I scanned the warrant. Why search the room of a 16-year old kid?
Was he scanning documents for dad. Hmmm...

This weekend I came in contact with a real live Trumpster and a few of my friends asked do you really think he won the election? His reply started with Hunter Biden's laptop. I got the feeling he may be one of CS's bloggers, but I was afraid to ask!
It must have been a close encounter with a Trump Borg having him repeat the same phrases I see here.
