What looks like your partner is attractive to you.

Hi friends. My topic will be from the category of banned. Or rather, a topic that is not accepted to talk about. Only this is a topic that excites both women and men. It is a theme of appearance, imposed by stereotypes, the world of fashion and Hollywood. On the one hand, nature has made us who we are. We have everything unique and unique: the shape of the thighs, breasts, nose, leg length, height, eye color, hair color, length of fingers, and even capillaries on the fingers. We are all different. And it is impossible to find the same people on earth. Even twins have some differences. We are all unique and beautiful each in our own way. On the other hand, society imposes certain standards on us. And we begin to correct, adjust, enlarge, reduce something. We run to the gym, to plastic surgeons, nutritionists, to improve and change something in ourselves. We cease to be genuine, but we try to look like someone else. Would you like to be someone's copy? Isn't it better to keep your personality? Aren't you beautiful? I would like to hear an opinion from both sides. Say it honestly. What do you think is perfect about your partner's appearance? What should your partner look like for you? What attracts you to you and what do you look for in the first place at the first meeting? And what looks you don't like. Describe your partner's perfect appearance? Thank you.

Went over to check out the Forums...

...And saw a tad bit more flirting than here on blogs. Not exactly a love fest of love fests.

Words and phrases....."Falling" in love....Oh,

..., dear searchers. Even given the fact that women seem able to emote more than men, and I find they are more likely to lend importance to, and belief in, the concept underlying these few powerful words. Another blog topic. But many men, usually after a few beers, and often with regret, can, and do, do so. So what is behind it all? The range of talk/claims/beliefs/delusions is enormous. We have those who insist on the "at first sight" idea. Well, if I'm to believe my parent's generation, and those who perhaps spend a little too much time reading romance novellas, they, of course have a point. Not a few sixty and seventy year long marriages, here. But then, some would say, it's really "falling into LUST" instead, often.enough. More innocent times? Sure enough have been there. Some hurtful failures/betrayals, periods of loneliness, the all powerful family and cultural expectations---.perhaps in the context of a little drink, travel, other new experience (jobs?), and there you sometimes have it. For our parents, it was Dad's uniform, and Mom's abilities on the roller skate floor. And it's not merely used for other people. Who hasn't had similar feelings for a young pet, or even some objects/pastimes? In my experience, some such phenomena have, from time to time, existed for me, most often in situations just described. But I think it's important to be ready, and not a little surprised, by these usually overwhelming feelings. Hence the term "falling". Focus on the appearance, voice, walk, humour, lifestyle, intelligence, perhaps even successes, of others can come into play. And empathy/sympathy for unfortunates does often lead DOWN the path. The so called "feeling sorry for, or even pity--- fall". Makes one wonder just how healthful is the experience, for some. A few "marry" into a religious tradition, or cult, and homosexual love opens up many other topics. Yet, who can deny how strong is/are the feeling(s)? So much so, that thoughts come to biological aspects of falling for another. Fruitful unions certainly have evolutionary import. And what of all those conscious, and unconscious odors/pheromones? One of my guitar heroes, the often brilliant Frank Z., even wrote a song about love for his "little rubber blow up doll". Three holes and no lip. What?

Older gender

You know, this one was wondering about something...
I will say, I've had many step parents. I've seen, and actually been on both sides. I've had girlfriends both older and younger than me. I've noticed, in every instance, it works better with the girl being slightly older than the guy. Anyone else have thoughts or experience to this?

Meeting someone from abroad

Hi . As you probably do yourselves you get people contact on you on here , some straight away seem to good to be true while others in time usually off emails realize there out conning you . I've had that experience: I just wanted to ask as I in contact with someone living in china and she wanted to be together, come here three months and showed me a price for the fares off travel company. And has about half of the money. What do yous think ?? :

"Like" by a deleted profile ...

They are getting more numerous than ever: the 'likes' any active CS member may receive from a new (apparently fake) profile. One constant is the meaningless profile text above all meant to please. Other constants are sending (probably hundreds of) likes to much older CS members, posting one single appealing photo (possibly stolen from any website) ...

As you may remember, there is a 'cooling period' for new members preventing them to send private messages immediately after registering .Sending 'likes' is however allowed. Yet those rookies who are abusing these privileges are rapidly and easily found out. There probably is a 'like'-counter activated for all new members, signalling potential abuse.
CS site moderators quickly intervene, banning the new fake profiles within days or even hours after they registered... which is why you often notice 'likes' by a deleted profile.

Over the past few months, I've grown accustomed not to return any like by a supposedly fake profile... and I very seldom fail to make the distinction.

Eventually the 'like counter' on your profile no longer tells anything about how popular you are on the CS site but rather how often you have been targeted by rookie fake profiles. comfort

Unless someone has dealt with their issues emotionally then their is no point in starting something that will break the other person's spirit sending them to emotional turmoil

Commercial 'dating sites' multiply by cloning

There are quite a few commercial 'dating sites' around, which, after free registration, allow:
- seeing the full profile of members
- making your favorite list
- receiving messages...
Revenues are generated from subscribers sending messages. You may purchase a bundle of 'credits' for sending messages. This practice opens the gates for a multitude of fake profiles, sending out massive numbers of messages to all potential 'dating partners'. Their only intention is to generate mail traffic: hence to lure you into wasting your mailing credits. There never is any intention to date a person.
As a lot of members (mostly men) are being lured in such a scam/site, a lot also leave disappointed.
A problem? Not at all: those commercial dating scams just invent another name and a new vehicle for misfortune is generated. These new 'dating sites' merely are fresh entry names with a slightly different look. Yet the profiles pointed to are identical: this actually is a multiplication by cloning. You may find banners for such sites on CS; after all a free site needs revenues from ads. Just stay on board here and steer clear of those scams. comfort

People who have been single for too long...

There's a member running around with a faceless photo with only a message. Although its against CS rules for posting a primary image that isn't a face, a high percentage of members here do this. My opinion is you're not seriously looking as guys usually connect with women who have real photos on their profiles.

Back to the blog... The message reads:
People who have been single for too long are the hardest to love, because they have become so used to being single, independent, and self-sufficient that it takes something extraordinary to convince them that they need you in their life.
I typed the first line into a search engine and it brought up dozens of examples along with links to psychology sites as everyone has an opinion and diagnosis to the situation of people who are unwilling to change their single status.

A common thread on dating sites. Take a look at some of the topics in the forums section to see what I'm talking about.

I followed a link to one site that was filled with toxic relationship memes and poems. Scary thought someone took the time to collect all those sayings... just sayin'
