Hello everyone.. Sorry.. It has been quite some time since I was last on here.. and made a comment.. I think the last I was.. it was a quick to say I needed a date for New Years.. Naturally I did not get any takers.. pooh! Oh well.. Today has been a gloomy day for me. It is my beloved mothers birthday! I lost her back in Aug.. we were very close. You do not need to comment as I am just needed to mention that. I do miss her so very much and I know in time I will get past the empty hole in my life of her passing. Ok.. Also that one guy I had been talking too for almost 4 years. Well everyone would be proud of me! I finally said NO more.. A recap of that one. As my profile states I am honest, faithful, and dedicated to the core! However if you do not talk to me for weeks at a time, have my phone number and in 4 years you do not call me, and when my mother passes you can only make a computer generated condolence.. then Yeah! I think I am past it. Can you believe it! 4 years with not a single phone call? Just talking on the FB.. He was a friend from High school who revealed he had a crush on me and eventually pretty much ask me to marry him, yes.. I know via fb.. He lives in Tx and I live in CA.. Has a decent job, but on once did he even attempt to come visit either.. Yeah.. How crazy could I be? So I am past it all now.. Enough was enough.. So for all you men out there to wonder if there is a honorable woman still alive.. Yes there is! Even if she has a heart the size of Mt. Rushmore and stupid as the day is long for waiting for so long for it all to sink in. Hey! I'm a true woman of my word! I am on the most part a law abiding citizen. I am not ashamed to admit I am a Christian. As a matter of fact very proud to admit that with the highest of regards. I have seen post on here with point of view on different subject. So I ask what would you do?.... If you seen a homeless person who is digging through a dumpster looking for food? Would you run and get this person something to eat and bring it back to him/her as quickly as possible? Would you pick up your cell phone and call the police or run inside to turn the person in to the restaurant manager? If you clearly saw a disabled man/woman or child near starvation? What if the law tells you, you cant feed them? Would you feed them any way? Or would you turn a blind eye and go about your business? The reason I am asking this is because for the past few days My blood boils. In the United States there are over 30 townships who have passed ordinances that make it unlawful to feed the homeless in public! Fort Lauderdale for one. They arrested a elderly man who works with two priest to feed homeless as the see him. After the passing of this ordinance the three were warned not to feed the homeless as it encourages them to be homeless! The following day, they were back at it. They were told to drop the plates! When they did not comply, They arrested the old man (priest I do not know) and fined them $500.00. I am so angry over this! When I heard this I had to look it up myself in disbelief and most every newspaper covered this story, but the main stream media have not! Almost daily you hear about how the homeless are distracting the business districts with their presence in the area. These ordinances require a homeless to only eat from a shelter! Shelters can not sustain the amount of homeless and folks are turned away by the hundreds. So for Americans if it were a Vet? Would you deny him food in public? He fought for your freedom and rights? Regardless, we send food to countries who are starving for what ever reason, and it is call humanitarian aide. We do not require these other countries to be distributed in a control environment. Most are on the streets! How can a country/township be so heartless? I know I am rambling.. I have so much more to say.. Just need to share and get opinions. What would you do?
As I have mentioned I live way out in the middle of no where. I have chickens. Recently two just up and disappeared.. I thought it may have been a chicken hawk as I saw one flying over head one day.. sure enough on separate days (I was letting my chickens free range).. Each one came up missing. So I locked them up.. Today I go out and only 1 egg.. when there should be about 20 as I did not collect yesterday.. (I know I am bad but the weather is cool so no problem)... So I got on computer and they suggest snake! OH Hel. no! Said they can hide just about anywhere! Need to rethink pen and laying area.. Don't want to walk in there.. Don't want to sit up late at night with flashlight and snake shot either.. but!!!! Any one out there with same experience? Suggestions? I think too cold for rattlers.. so I am not worry about that.. (I think).. No. CA here.. normally do not have black snakes.. That I am aware of.. Skunks would leave a trace egg behind.. Gophers will just pester the chickens and even then they would leave a trace behind.. There is NO trace at all.. which leads me to believe SNAKE!
You will not believe.. Years ago.. I moved into a rental home that had a majestic wood cook stove. My mom and grandmother went crazy! They told me all about and how to cook on it. I live in a very hot part of N. CA.. and even though I had an electric range and oven as well.. I did not use them. I got hooked into the wood cook stove! Since then I wanted a wood cook stove. I looked high and low for over 10 years.. 2500.00 was out of my price range but it was a majestic just like I used in that home. A week or so ago, out of the blue the thought hit me again. Just small salesman type were 1500.00. Just killing time I decided to key into my local craigslist. What did my tiny eyes did appear! A majestic wood cook stove! 400.00. However this Majestic wood cook stove looked just like my majestic from 10 years ago.. When the person agreed to let me come see it.. He did not tell me the address, but I told him I already thought I knew the address and gave his address to him. He "LOL" and said yes! IT WAS MY MAJESTIC! Well today he delivered it! Though it wont fit in my home (just yet) It has made its way home to me. Now I do not know if any of you out there have ever had food cooked on a wood cook stove (Majestic) but it is best cooking ever! If you had a choice to beat the electric bills or gas bills would you want a Wood cook stove? Though my pregnancy days are over.. This gives me wonder to the saying towards women, barefoot and pregnant. I don't wonder.. as back in the days the wood cook stove was the place to be.
I have sat at this computer thinking of things to write about. I love this blog thing as I can speak my mind. Today for the first time I really am trying to admit to myself what happened? Why am I here and why has it taken me 10 years so far to find someone? (yes no sex in 10 years!) Trust me when I say. I know I can get just about any man I want, any where, and any how (with exception to married men.. do not do that!). I was a people watcher, then I figured out what it took to lure a man to me. I was so good at it! Really no other woman really stand up against me. I had my pick first and the rest was up to them. I was challenged time and time again and it worked every time. I never had to leave my seat, expose myself or even get near the man. Let me add not in all the years did I ever leave with any of them, and I would not allow any to follow or walk me to my car. So I decided to go back in time and ask myself what stopped? Was it the divorce (partly) is it because I gained weight (somewhat maybe) but then I am taken back to after the divorce. Easy come easy go. Heart broken I was, but it was a mutual decision. So no skin off my nose right? I did go out that night to have a drink and just to get away. Yes maybe to waller in my own self pity. Yet, that was not in me. I do not go and get drunk. Actually really now I don't even have a drink. Then it dawned on me as I was typing earlier, what may be the reason! You see. That night I went out and ordered my usual. A friend of mine who was a performer was playing music that night. However it was in the middle of the week and early.. There was only him, an other woman, the bartender and myself. I ordered a BV and 7, it was really light. I did not even finish drinking it. As I decided to go the night club across the street where a male friend was bartending and I knew there would be music as well. I just needed to see other people (people watch) having a good time! That life was not over. I drove across the street and got out of my car. My body all of a sudden decided to have a mind of its own! As I tried to walk to the door, my body lost all control and almost ventured out into a busy main street! I managed to grab hold of a retaining wall and stopped! Unable to figure out what the hell was going on with me. I looked back at my car and said, "Well hopefully you will go in the same direction as you came." So I let go and my body again had a mind of it's own. I was dizzy, confused! My hands landed on the back of the car, and I used it to get around and unlock it. I crawled in the back seat, locked my doors and that is all I remember until I woke before dawn the next morning. The bar tender that night (his name Greg) had a thing for me, but he was not one I would give time or day too except small talk. It was some time later that as hard as I tried I could not remember much about that night. Then I remember seeing him stir my drink before handing it to me. That SOB slipped something in my drink! It was the one and only time! I really have not been out since. Is this what I am afraid of? Not being as sharp as I used to be? Nah.. that cant be it!
Yes.. the blog post has come to a hault? At least according to my page. So I figured I would stir things up a bit. Oh wait that is right not everyone is on the same time as mine. haha. So lets get a question going! Answer the following questions:

3. Out of all the people in the world and how many folks are on FB why can't we find Mr or Mrs. Wonderful? Are we just so picky? Afraid?
My own answers:
1. Yes, I would show public affection with taste. (Sex) yes if it is in a public place without risk of being found. Yes I have many times ;). It adds to the risk taking in a relationship. Goes beyond your boundries and exhilarating.
2. Roll play? Oh heck yes! It is so much fun. To go out and act like you do not know your mate. Watch as others try to pick them up and or pick me up. Let those see the two of us eventually hook up, (goes along with public display of affection).
3. Picky! Very Picky.. through the searches, I am looking for someone who actually have something to say about themselves beside the normal, likes and dislikes but can elaborate on them. If they can talk then I know I have found someone who can communicate. Lets not forget the smiles (not one who looks like a grouch, or had a really bad day, or rightly don't give a crap!) Someone with intelligence, but not so much that I do not understand the language or can follow the conversation. Someone with a sense of humor, to make me laugh and I would know this immediately in their profile. Someone with stories of their past and future dreams with excitement. I could keep going but better give you all a chance at the answers. LOL. ;)
So OK.. I did not get to post for a couple of days (or more).. been keeping busy (playing on line Bingo) doing very important things are the house..;) For those of you who are new to my daily blogs.. (when I can) I live way out in the middle of no where in No. CA.. haha.. and trust me you can only goo goo and ga ga with the farm animals for so long.. So low and behold for some reason I have managed to Add a Pet Fly to this brood. I did not ask for it to become friends with me. Most all of you know this pet fly! He/She is one who seems to think it is OK to swoosh down and give you kisses on your nose while sleeping or while your hands are busy doing something. It also whispers not so sweet tenderness into your ear as it buzz's around while you are busy. Oh and by the way it has E.S.P. as it knows when I am reaching for the fly swat! As it disappears. It taunts me every room in the house. So I thought there has to be more than one fly! right! NOPE.. Just like a child following it's parent around it even has to follow me to the bathroom. Now from my prospective, I understand flies like dead things. I shower everyday (when it get in the shower ;) ) There really is no moss growing under me. So what gives. I did not invite it in, nor do I want to be its best friend. Maybe it is a reminder of how men can be such pest sometimes?? However I rather them be my pest and not this wanna be pet! (Just a bit of laughter for the day!)
Old or young.. women want prince charming! We want our Grizzly Adams, we want our MR. Right. Not to fit your fancy and be fake! We want to know your tenderness, your passion (Not sex, as well all know how that goes), your dreams. We do not want to feel inferior, but equal. We want to know you accept us for who we are, and we accept you for who you are! If you give up on us too soon. Then trust us, we been down that road. We wont give you the time or day. Some of us just drop off the face of the earth with out a word. What I am getting at.. Remember the saying, "Do Unto others as you would have others do unto you?" Well have faith! Do not stop trying. If you want someone to talk to.. talk back.. You want someone clean and cares for themselves do that too. You want to see a beautiful woman.. You must be that way too (handsome). If you want someone to make love to you, you better reward her just the same. You want someone to lay next to you, you better be ready for all that brings with it. You want someone who works you better be ready to provide. You want someone to fulfill your life.. you better be ready to accept them as your right hand just like your left.. NOT what is mine is mine and what ever your bring to the table it Your/ours.. IT is all ours!.. ONE! What you do not think that the past relationship we dedicated our lives to did not involve, someone who took us? WRONG! A lot of us women worked and supported for the sake of love. A lot of us gave up our bodies and youths to raise children only to have a man find someone more attractive after all these years. Reality is we women just like men grow bigger and things sag, and we get wrinkles. You want spice in life, bring on the spice! You want us in sexy clothes, buy the dang things! If you want to be able to do Jane, Nancy, and Susan of this world then stay single. We will do our part, you have to do yours. You slack.. we slack.. however usually you slack for so long that we already said, You have to perceptive to us as we are to you. Notice the small things, from dinner prepared, or new lipstick to nails being done, or a new scent of perfume. To love a woman you have to REALLY appreciate a woman. In other words, love her from the moment you met her like she will die later that day, EVERY day. Make every moment count! "IF" she is a true woman, she will return it all to you in tenfold! Well I figure I will start a daily blog and just say hello to everyone. I know you do not know me and that is fine, but eventually you will lol. So living in No. Ca and we have been in a drought for so long, with an exceptional high heat this year. Today I wake to what many may think of as a gloomy day, with it pissing down rain. It is not the first of the year, but that is ok as we need really bad. Living way out in the middle of nowhere has its perks and draw back. Being alone is not all it is cracked up to be.. Oh sure for a little while to get your bearings back from bad past relationships and hurt is all fine and dandy.. but 12 years??? Yeah.. way to long. Also being out here I have no one to talk to.. I moved my mom out here with me but recently lost her on Aug 1 this year. She was my sounding board. Now she is gone. So I have all of you to talk with. You may say put on my big girl panties and go out and meet someone right? Well that much is true.. However being on a fixed income and again did I say WAY out in the middle of NO WHERE, and did I not say HAS ITS PERKS.. Yeah I think you get my meaning. So daily living is very quiet and sometimes just to talk to folks.. I will answer if anyone want to comment, but You are now my sounding board.. Sometimes I get in a writing mood so bear with me. I have been on this site for a few years and used to only come to play games.. now I have a computer that does not let me up my up and down arrows so easily so pac man is out of the questions and this suduko is pretty hard. Maybe me just getting old.. OH.. If I can offer any advise from those men on here. This is a dating site right? Or just meeting friends is good too.. but however. Please! Please! For those who are looking for Mrs. Right.. You know the love of your life. Here are some tips. 1. Be honest about AGE.. You maybe going or gone through mid life crisis but just be honest! 2. For the love of Goodness sake.. Before you post a picture, now listen here.. I am being very detailed.. Go in take a shower, comb your hair, groom your beard or mustache, put on a nice shirt, select a good scenic background, think of something really funny that makes you smile before you take that snap shot! So so so so many of you out there are afraid to smile. What woman wants to contact someone who cant smile? Who is not clean appearing. All those other roughed pictures to show who you are at work and or playtime is ok. but gezz.. Would you show up on a date looking like that.. NO! ... so doll yourself up! Trust me you will get more invites if you make your self inviting. 4. Drop the in front of the computer with your shirt off pic. We do not need to see you in your undershorts. We do not need to see your bare chest unless we ask later. lol.. 5. Maybe it is just me but please do not show me a picture of your motorbike! Most women associate a motor cycle with Mid life crisis. It is ok to have one if you love it, but show it to me later. I know! I know. You are trying to be proud of what you have and that you are a spare of the moment, free loving, open road, adventure kinda of guy.. We will figure that one out on our own especially if you say so during a conversation. STOP the bike photos. That does not tell us you have money and are care free! I would rather a picture of you by your lawnmower, or with a garden rake in your hands even carrying out the trash would be better than a motor bike. That lets us ladies know you are grounded and ready to be a man of the house. Now if you have a nice pick up, that is good. lol.. Just had to throw that one in as most all you men do not read these long blogs and don't get the real meaning of dating sites. I want to know the real you. PT
