Less than 1 hour old. Trump's newest lawsuit. He's been treated so unfairly. lol

Yet, he hasn't even gotten the virus.
Maybe we should be the ones suing.

It's getting exciting. Will it happen ?

Trump had the lowest approval rating of any of the recent presidents on January 1st of a re-election year.

But, can he actually beat Jimmy Carter on election day ?

Carter fell all the way to an average of 37.9% approval rating. The worst.
Trump is currently at 38%. But, I believe he's got more terrible leadership in him.
He can do it !
He's officially the worst president in US history. He ignored at least 10 warnings
about the impending (at the time) pandemic. doh
His response to the California fires was......to rake the forest. crazy
He turned the military on peaceful protesters. scold
He indirectly killed thousands of people with lack of leadership during the pandemic. sad flower
He called the KKK, Neo-Nazis & Alt-right "very fine people". wow
He actually suggested injecting disinfectant. crazy
While blacks are being killed unjustly by police, he issues an executive order to protect.... statues. doh
He actually had kids put in cages....away from their parents ! scold

There's only a few months remaining until election, but odds are, that he's going to screw a few more things up....big time.
Hopefully, his horrible decisions will not cost more lives. sad

However, will his approval rating dip even lower than Jimmy Carter's ?
He CAN do it ! It's the peanut man vs. peanut brain in the battle for lowest approval rating on potential re-election day.

First Covid-19 vaccine into humans shows promising results.

Recipients of the vaccine produced antibodies to the virus. thumbs up
About 1/2 got some minor side effects like soreness at the site of injection or fever.
One person got hives (an immune response) and was withdrawn from the study.
Overall a good step forward.
Phase 3 to start July 27 with 30,000 people.

Joke of the night - Colbert

Mary Trump's book on her Uncle Donald is out today.
Dirty Don's brother sued to keep the book from getting published,
but a judge ruled against it.

In the book Mary Trump writes that Donald's father,
was "a high functioning sociopath".

Stephen Colbert's joke following this information was....

"too bad that Donald's father didn't pass down the 'high functioning' part of that." laugh

Final stage of Moderna Covid-19 Vaccine will start in July and Brit final stage starts this month.

Today in Bloomberg;

Moderna Vaccine Trials Moving Fast With Final Study in July

By Robert Langreth

June 11, 2020

Moderna Inc. said it had selected a dose for a final-stage clinical trial of its coronavirus vaccine that should begin in July, as the company moves ahead rapidly with its innovative approach to trying to prevent Covid-19.

The final study, which will include 30,000 people, will be conducted in collaboration with the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases in the U.S. Its primary goal will be to show the vaccine prevents people from developing symptoms of Covid-19, Moderna said in a statement. A secondary goal will be to show the vaccine keeps people from getting severe cases requiring hospitalization.

Shares of Moderna climbed 3.2% to $61.98 at 8:26 a.m. in New York. The stock has more than tripled in value since the start of this year.

The announcement is another indication that coronavirus vaccine trials are moving ahead at a remarkable pace. On Wednesday, Johnson & Johnson said it would begin early trials of its Covid-19 vaccine in the second half of July, ahead of its previous schedule to begin testing in September.

Last month, Moderna began a second-stage study of its vaccine, called mRNA-1273, in 600 healthy adults. In the statement Thursday, the company said it had already enrolled 350 people in the trial, including a cohort of 300 healthy adults 54 years and younger, and the first 50 of 300 older adults.

Some vaccines are moving into clinical trials even faster than Moderna’s. A shot co-developed by the University of Oxford and AstraZeneca Plc is starting final-stage clinical trials this month -- and the U.K. company said Thursday it had recruited Emergent BioSolutions Inc. to help with development and manufacturing.

China has begun offering employees of some large state-run companies the option of being inoculated with two coronavirus vaccines currently in development.

Hey Baldy ! Jim's new nature photos

Some say that one should make the best of a bad situation.
Well, due to the pandemic, I limited my travels to one day a week.
During that day I accomplished all my errands & local travel.
I stopped by my P.O. Box that day. Prior to that I stopped at a local
market and bought fruits & vegetables.
On the way home I stopped at a Shop-Rite grocery store and bought
meals for the week.

Prior to that I stopped by a bald eagle's nest, that I know of.
This is actually the 5th nest of theirs that I know of.
I've essentially followed them from nest to nest for over a decade,
They've gotten quite comfortable with me.
I've never made any aggressive moves towards them nor their nest
and keep a respectable distance from their nest.
Sometimes I think they feel more comfortable having me there watch their kids,
so they can both fish.
Birds do recognize faces, They get to know people.
Experiments at a college confirmed this,
They even recognized photos of faces and lets face it, eagles have great vision.

Regardless, because if the eagles, the day I chose to do my errands was the sunniest day of each week.
The other thing about the pandemic, is that I wasn't playing sports, as I would have done in
April, May & June of other years. Thus, I was available to take photos at times I usually would not
be available to do so, especially in the evening before the sunset, which is often a key feeding time
for the little ones.

Therefore this year I was able to get more fantastic shots of eagles, than I have the 10 years prior put together because of the pandemic. I took about 600 wonderful photos of them including the parents and their 3 little ones. That was the other different thing this year, They previously only had one or two offspring. This year was the first time they had 3, which did fledge.

I'll show you a few shots, The adults are the ones with white heads & tails.
The kids are brown. The smallest of the 3 is a darker brown. He was the second to fledge.
In bald eagles females are larger than males. With adults its about 20 to 30 % larger.
It takes about 3 to 5 years for them to develop the white head & while tail.

I'll be selling 8" x 10" professional prints at a local
flea market with JimNastics autograph for a whopping $20.
I'll be selling much larger framed autographed prints in some galleries for $200 to $500.

Of course buyers will not have the protective text on them like you will see here
and they will be crystal clear, in total focus;
I know it's somewhat distracting. But try to ignore it.

With no further ado, here's a few of those photos.

Just click on each to view it.
