Why don't you create a new blog for Mahesh to practice on? You start it, I'll make a comment and Mahesh could come and interact with us. Once he's got the hang of the basics I could give him a master class on making himself really popular with all the other bloggers.
Mahesh, it is better to contribute on other people's blogs at the beginning, rather than creating a lot of blogs yourself.
And if you do create a blog, don't just do it to create a blog. Have a well-thought out theme and well written blog that people will want to contribute to.
Not just a poor-me blog. People bore of those very quickly.

Take your time young man , go out into the world and enjoy your youth .
People may view your profile and may not contact you. But don't let that make you feel alone or sad. That is the biggest approach. Just hang on and see if someone will contact you. Or you may want to join a youth or community program where youths of your age interact. I think the later advice is better.
