Exercise is the best gift you can give to your body. If we were all healthy and avoid eating all the junk foods that the big corporate feeds us, there would be no danger of making our country bankrupt because of health costs.II read this story in the WSJ last year on the report as to the possibility of making our country go broke because of too much expenses spent on health cost.
I started a proper excercise programme in the gymn 15months ago and feel fitter for sure. I should have gone this morning but put it off----bad girl, when its out the routine its hard to get back in. Monday next start new week and routine again. I go 3 times a week an hour each time and walk the rest of the week---so lets hope i continue.

All the best for 2019
Lindsy, I'm a health nut, tho sometimes I talk it more than I walk it.

I hardly ever eat processed food either. Two of my favorite snacks are apple and peanut butter (the good kind that you have to stir), and hummus with raw veggies.
Good for you Red. It feels good to be healthy.

Stay motivated. That is one of the best gift we can give ourselves.cheers
While hummus is good dear Ellie, it is still a process food. What I do is buy all the organic fruits like all the berries, almond, banana, kale and spinach and put them in a juicier or blender and drink it. That is one of the best to feed our body. Stay healthy my friend.
