Almost panicked

I got an email from American Airlines, with the headline "There's been a change in your trip". I immediately began to think "Crap, is it cancelled?", but no. It wasn't that serious. They have changed my departure time towards London, so I now fly at 7 am instead of 7.25 am. 25 minutes earlier to London ensures that I WILL make my connecting flight to New York.

Christmas was great. I got exactly what I wanted, which was $152. I am now closer than ever before to my $1000 goal.

I am excited, but also terrified at the same time. It's my first time ever in the USA, and I am doing everything I can to stay on the good side of ol' Uncle Sam and his Bald Eagle.

Harb...he is Danish therefore he is naturally polite, not defeatist. Don't you know that the Danish are considered to be the happiest people in the world? (UN stats) Pacifism does not equate to defeatism.professor

HarbalEsquire - Like Northern says, I am Danish, and we Danes are naturally polite. I do know that my comment can be seen as a defeatist one, but it really isn't :).

I am happy with a couch or a blow-up mattress. As long as I am comfortable, then I am all good :)

HarbalEsquire - That's not really the point about this trip. The point is to see New York, hang out with my friend and possibly gain new friends. At no point on the trip am I actively going to seek someone to bed, since it's not something I am looking for.
