The submerged area of the crater (which is probably slightly smaller than the full crater) is oblong due to the shape of the warehouse, but approximately 138x105m. The warehouse was 40m wide which means the crater extended roughly 30m to either side of the warehouse.

This outbreak began consistent with the covid incubation time period following the George Floyd protests/riots when Large numbers of folks in population centers coast to coast & border to border filled streets with Little or NO regard for checking the spread of covid.

It appears the breakout allowed covid to go from Pandemic to Endemic - It's now widespread, it's here to stay, and we'll have to deal with it Forever or until it mutates into something benign.

Looting continues in downtown Chicago as of 5:45am. These people are coming out of the Block 37 mall on Randolph west of State Street. Looting has been going on all over downtown and the Magnificent Mile since around midnight. Police are all over the place.
