If CS suddenly closed their site...

I'm doing some 2023 what if scenarios and pondered what would happen If CS suddenly closed their site... Happy? Sad? Some trauma? Indifference? Woah, what thoughts to the number of hours each week I spend here.

I suppose I could pick up where I left off on that online study course in brain surgery...

if CS did go belly up, at least I wouldn't have to put up with cranky men fantasizing about me in a Val Doonican Cardigan hole ... laugh
Phantasize? Wrong word! Hallucinate.
Hi Goneltw,
Long ago CS could immediately tell if a member had more than one profile by his IP address, and this would lead to immediate banning. Unless of course they used different devices. These days one person (troll) can have 20 profiles with 1 device.
What I have noticed is he/she has a few devices and then they prefer to group the profiles into a specific area/country. I guess this helps them by not getting too confused when answering in quick succession etc.
Cowardly yes, but then all these keyboard warriors have been known to 'fool' unsuspecting members for a long time now. Some folk find 'them' very entertaininglaugh
The good side of VPN is for people who travel (especially in business) and have to logon to a secure site that will block unknown ISP addresses. The VPN corrects the address so the secure site recognizes the user.
