Wrong border!
All everyone concentrates on is our border with Mexico. Although Canada is now facing issues. These poor refugees are fleeing killing and war. Then how do they come up with thousands of dollars to pay coyotes to get them to the border? And why do the young men state they are after work and money to send back?Got to thinking...Panama Canal. So did some research. It appears to be a nice choke point between South and North. No creek to walk across like the Rio Grande. Only four bridges span the canal. Found out though that the US spends little to help the Panamanians with illegals. So they say to heck with it, load them in buses and truck them across to their border north as fast as they can.
Maybe the US ought to consider helping Panama block them down there where it is easier.

Big business this for the coyotes yea. Organized crime.
As you point out only the ones who can come up with the money for
the human smuggeling can do this risky trip, not cheap.
Most be even more on the mx border pouring in.
The problem is massive.
Panama, why would not the guards there allow them over,
esp if there is only a small fee to pay the guards.
This I know nothing about but the amr president would have to make a deal with
athorities like Trump did with the mex pres
when solders appeared on the mx side of the fence.

The US isn't at war but i'm sure many countries want a piece of the US in a war sense, refugees from the south going to the US most likely want to destabilize the US like the US did to many of the countries south of them..
It's an even fight on the US borders and it will balance at out to perfection when all is done, everyone will be poor..
