Our Song
I'm sure that some of you have had a particular songthat you have shared with a past love, as 'our song'.
Then again, I'm not convinced all of you have ever
had a relationship.
Those people notwithstanding, many of the rest of us have.
Trust me on this.
Indeed, if you've had many relationships, you might have a list
of 'our' songs. Perhaps a whole library of CDs full of them.
Regardless, does accidently hearing one of those songs bring back good memories, bad memories, or both ? For me initially
it brings back good memories. Often of sharing a dance
with that person, or perhaps a different type of dance. 
Somewhere about mid-song however, I begin to recollect the reasons why we broke up.
So, what were some of your 'our songs' ?
'Fools rush in' ?
'She got the ring and I got the finger' ?
'I thought she was out jogging, but she was running around on me' ?
'If whiskey were a woman I'd be married for sure' ?
'I still miss you baby, but my aim is getting better' ?
or perhaps
'Since you've bought the waterbed, we've drifted apart'
By mutual agreement this was one of mine. We danced many times to it.
