I'm done.
That's it.No more.
I've had enough.
I'm done.
This is the last blog by me,
that you will ever hear from me

.about softball.
Well, at least until next spring.
In a round robin double elimination tournament
on Saturday between the top 4 finishing teams,
we ended up playing 4 games in a row.
We started at 9 am and finished up at 4 pm.
When I finally got home, my legs were so sore
and hobbled, that I imagined I was 92 years old.
We beat the 4th & third place teams,
but lost 2 to the second place team.
Thus, despite finishing in first
during the regular season.
We are NOT the league champions.
So, my softball season is done for the year.
Now I can instead focus on some tennis and lifting weights.
I also plan on going to Florida for the winter
and will probably leave a bit early this year.
Perhaps, after Thanksgiving.
How was your weekend ?

them on to pals.
S - No ! Don't pass on to everyone, that we lost the finals !!!
O - I didn't know one could purchase wild gals by the pack. I'll have to look into this.
I've seen how 92 year old guys groan and moan every time
they attempt to sit down, so I just imagined I was like one.
Yes, I'll have internet, TV & phone in Florida too.
Would never pass on bad news
So sad you lost the finals
I only pass on the super shots you post!!
When was the last time you blogged ?
I enjoy yours too.
I think you're overdo.
How do you expect your fan club to survive so long without
a morsel of your blogging ?
Anyway, weekend was ok. Had my daughter's friends over for a bbq to celebrate her 13th birthday and my home was one noisy place for almost 6 hours on SUnday.....
Ti - Sounds like a lucky 13th to me. You're a good mom.
Hopefully there are grass stains on your clothes that will never come out. I always figured the true amount of fun could be measured in the laundry basket... how much of the "fun" you brought home with you.
I did get to the park for tennis yesterday... felt good!
F - Thanks. I'm a good egg.
