'Keeping our kids safe from predators'
I notice that the high court in the UK has given Facebook 72 hours to remove the page 'Keeping our kids safe from predators', a page set up in Northern Ireland to monitor paedophiles, the case was brought by a convicted paedophile as "He claimed harassment, misuse of private information, and a breach of his right to privacy and freedom from inhuman or degrading treatment".I would be interested to hear member views & on whether such a person deserves any rights?

"He has been punished by incarceration and he is subject to substantial daily restrictions on his lifestyle."
to vote.
If the guy had been rehabilitated however, then should people be able to vilify his name?
Does exposing them help the community really ?
Or is it our safeguarding our children as parents that is the key ?
I don't know what the right thing to do is here... saskia
